Tv was installed wrongly just next to the bed,breakfast was disaster,room service food from restaurent was really bad, food tastes like only corn staches.bathtub not in working conditions

The hotel is fairly good but the room is very old and the AC doesn't work properly.

The AC doesn't work properly and the price is too high.

Staff Behavior was good. And also breakfast was fair.

Lobby Seat darty. No fan or AC. They tell me they have airport pick up i book it. But over chargrd me. Their comitmentment was not good about airport transportation. But Staff was good. Management and maintanance system is so poor.

They had a restaurant from which you can order food throughout the day. Food was tasty. The location was close to the airport, ideal for quick stopovers. The price was very cheap.

The rooms and generally the hotel needs a refurbishment. It's very dated and tired. I couldn't sleep much at night due to too many mosquitos, and the air conditioning was leaking drops of water on my head as it was right above the bed head

I didn't get the breakfast because I woke up late

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago for several times.

Now in 2025, it's condition worsen. Room locks aren't working properly.Security risk.without manual locking, automatic locks were not operational. Toiletries became too local.breakfast is like a 20 taka roadside set breakfast. Room light was not adequate. Unprofessional service by staffs.they need training.Though their behaviour was good,but in this competitive market of hotel business,if they doesn't know what is their duty and act in a systematic way ,then upcoming days will be tough for them. I had to downstairs everytime I go out again and again to tell them the key wasn't working.Writing this review so that their management may read and ensure necessary adjustments or make ensure the standard Is being maintained. No personal issue.

Disappointing experience. False and misleading advertising by hotel

Photos of this property on Booking.com is completely inaccurate. I am awaiting outcome of my complaint and expecting a full refund. Please can you chase this.

Very old , need renovation, showed kettle tea, coffee in the room but nothing.

I didn’t like anything just waiting for the next day flight .

Old hotel, washroom is clean

Old not properly maintained. Old carpet, colour of wall is old.

It's a clean.close to airport hotel with good staff. But very poor communication most of the time they don't reply to any messages.

I have confirmed the pickup and dropping of to airport with additional cost .I have given the flight schedule of landing time with all relevant information they confirmed they will send their taxi . But no one came to pic us up. We will arrange out on taxi to teach the hotel. Also the phone number shown on the booking not correct.

No airport pickup service.There was no provision of tea,coffee or mini bar in the room.Cost of food was so high!

The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They picked me up from the Airport within 1 hour of my booking. They helped to carry my luggage. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. Hot water was readily available in the shower room.

The toilet (commode) was broken, which caused inconvenience. The walls were not soundproof, so noise from passing vehicles could be clearly heard inside the room. The AC only functioned in cool mode and did not provide warmth. Despite booking a room for three people (including an infant), the bed size was inadequate to comfortably accommodate us. Additionally, the pick-up and drop-off service charged extra, which was unexpected.

State of original room was very bad, very dirty but the receptionist was great, he changed our rooms to a better 1.

The cleanliness of hotel

Airport was at the nearest location. We used hotel's pick and drop and the service was good. Room was fine.

Buffet. There is only one option to eat, Parata, Dal and Vegitable. Expected at least frid egg. Should have some bread ( Pau-roti), Jelly and some fruits.

Stuff it's very good I have ordered dinner and the quality of your food is very good

And complementary breakfast only 3 items.What is shown in the picture is not the realityWhen I going in the room I found duvet cover dirtyFloor dirty and washroom coming bed smell and operator don't pick up the call right time

It needs to be refurbished and made more presentable and comfortable. washrooms get clogged , Restuarant is poorly maintained with same type of breakfast every day . Their stuff gets exhausted quickly and there is no replacement available The projection on the website is false and has no correlation with the reality I have been charged 800 BDT xtra per room per day and whopping 500 BDT for airport drop which is in close vicinity

BUT the Room was so Bad,AC WAS NOT WORKING, CARPET was Too dirty & full of dust,room wall was dirty and not good at all.Really its just waste of Money. Not going to stay in Richmond in future anymore
