Best Western Plus Maple Leaf

the bed was very comfortable foood was tasty from hotel restaurant especially the fried rice

mini bar is expensive

The location close to the airport is perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was clean and nice, but not very big. The breakfast was good but not excellent.

The hotel was not clean and lacked lighting. Considering the price you pay there are far better hotels situated in Dhaka.

Nothing special

Poor service, room was not clean.... Staffs are very offensive & rude.

Super close to the airport, the food at the bar is really good. Staff were super helpful as well! Bed was super comfortable and the room was a good size.

The shower clogs if you don’t get cleaning in even for 1 day. Also, not the properties fault but because there are generally a lot of mosquitos, it’s hard to relax at the bar even if the food, view and ambience is nice.

Location close to the airport and a decent shopping centre

The area of improvement is the cleaning. Overall the room was cleaned but a few areas of the room were not well cleaned.

Near the airport

The smell of the room quite disturbing they should change the perfune or smell of the room

The location is excellent, near to Dhaka Airport. Thats the man reason I booked the hotel this time and in the past. Its a good hotel with good standards of service. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a reliable safe place near the airport

The charges are not clear and difficult to understand. For a good hotel they should ensure that staff are trained and able to explain what are the hotel charges and what charges are down to the local municipality.

Location is great for connecting flight, clean and comfy room. Great staff and food. Support staff was great and understanding.

Room was a bit small for the money worth but it was clean and comfy, staffs were really good.

Great location near Dhaka airport

They charged us 3 times. Now having to sort out to get it back.

Literally five minutes from the airport, but still quiet enough for a quick transit nap or longer stay. Great restaurant on the roof and gym. The Duty Manager at reception Nipu is a great, funny, professional guy who goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. From a customer point of view, their recognition of repeat business through room upgrades where possible or free airport transfers means a lot. Definitely recommend.

Gym is a little tight if there are more than a couple of people in it, but good when it’s quiet.

Great experience right from the start being met at the airport by friendly and professional member of staff. Safe and secure transport only took about ten minutes to get to the hotel - which is great after a long flight. Staff on duty at reception when I arrived were excellent and got me through the admin and into my room in quick time. Very comfortable and clean room. The team at reception the next morning, Ema, Zihan and Uzzol, were great and facilitated transport to the airport for my transit flight. Very friendly and professional and accommodated any request I had with a smile. I even got a chocolate from Ema! If you are looking for a place to stay during a short stopover between transit flights, or somewhere longer as a base for Dhaka, I totally recommend it.

There were some construction sounds going on over night, but I imagine that this is a temporary thing and didn't run the overall performance of the hotel and staff.

Great staff, nice breakfast

Near busy street so noisy at times

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport and shopping. There is no noise of the heavy traffic even though it's next to the busy main road. Breakfast was very good as well.

All perfect

Good location, just 5 minutes from the airport.

I had a change in my pickup schedule and wanted to communicate the same with the hotel staff. However, the telephone lines to the hotel are not attending. I must have called over 5 times but no answer. When I told this to the reception after I reached, they just said that the staff must have been busy. I was shocked.

It was a great stay! I regret not booking it for the rest of my stay. Staff and food was great! Bed was super comfortable. It was really relaxing.

I believe the wifi was slow. We had enough data so wasnt a big problem but might be a problem for those who depend on hotel wifi.

Stuff conversation, Hospitality, Environment and cleaning ? was very good

There nothing acutely but washroom fitting hand shower was broken ?

I was not provided through WhatsApp a detailed breakdown of the additional charges made to my credit card after I checked-out despite being promised it would happen. They also did not respond to my follow-up email weeks later, and that really downgraded my experience.

Good location,friendly stuff.

I was book for spend some quality time.i checked before everything was good ..but at the 4* hotel and thay dont have smart tv in the room ..i was planning for watch some movies at night or listing song on youtube ..even there is lots of 2* hotel have smart tv now a days most disappointing

The Position, the kind and helpful staff, the cleanliness. The bed is very comfortable. Shuttle service from/to airport is very efficient. The food is fresh and tasty at both restaurants.

The gym is dirty and needs renovation
