Lovely, spacious hotel close to the beach. Super clean, beds comfy and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Short walk to the centre of Sanlucar for a great choice of bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

Hotel is very close to the Fabrica de Hielo where we picked up tickets for a river/jeep trip in the Doñana park. You could choose a room deal to include parking although we actually parked on the road outside. Breakfast was included and the hotel was modern and clean with good facilities. All the staff were particularly friendly. Town/Castle also within walking distance.

Everything was good.

The staff were great, offered good service and were ready to help wih local questions and ensured we were comfortable. Berbara and Angelo in particular!

This hotel is in a great location for the beach and a 10 minute walk into town. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are all wonderful and the breakfast is superb.

It's not that I didn't like it but the view from our room was a little different from what we are used to. The terrace was very big so it might be good to put a couple of sun loungers on them. Tea and coffee in the room would also be great.

Big pool, convenient location, adequate rooms. Breakfast was very good.

Check in took forever! Very slow to process passports particularly compared to other hotels on this trip. This meant long waits at reception for everyone.

It is rather bland, the decor. We didn’t have food other than breakfast which was ok, but could have been more choice, especially fruit and the quality was quite basic, i would expect FRESH orange juice in Spain!Bed, very hard and uncomfortable, the rooms were quite small and bathroom also small.No kettle for making hot drinks was a big disappointment - when you wake early it’s great to be able to get a drink and sit outside, rather than wait until 8.30 for breakfast or open just to get a drink

Pleasant staff, very nice room with terrace that had direct access to the swimming pool. Good parking under hotel.Seafood restaurants along the seafront within easy walking distance.

Great location(~5 min to the beach), Friendly staff.Great breakfast(pricey for spain though).Big, not crowded, chill poolWe were able to use the pool and toilet/shower next to it after we did the checkout.

Shower was not properly designed, it was causing a lot of leakage to the bathroom floor.

I was amazed that two different receptionists knew who I was on site. There was a problem with my key card and they fixed it immediately. My room was comfortable and relatively quiet but I kept the balcony door closed. I did not understand the limited hours of the bar/restaurant at first but eventually figured it out and the barkeeper was friendly and accommodating.

Parking was a problem. The fact that this was only a limited-capacity private garage and costs €15/day I believe, was not clear from the Booking.com website. Because it was a very busy weekend I was forced to park quite a distance away on a town street and drag my bags back and forth. Not a deal breaker but not ideal. This is not a criticism of the hotel but the streets around are very confusing and it took much longer (even using GPS/Sat Nav) to get out into the countryside.

The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The breakfast buffet was very nice and fresh and more then enough of everything. Good location.

The cleaning staff takes forever to clean the rooms, doesn't clean probably the floors, the soaps in the bathroom are horrible. Doesn't even make foam, not good combination of shower gel and shampoo in one. Very noisy street even though it says , quiet street. Doesn't serve dinner and it's a little too expensive for what it offers. Also the lights went out in all hotel.

The team at Reception were excellent - really helpful; the service from the bar and restaurant staff was also excellent, and breakfast was also very good too. We enjoyed the pool as well.

On the negative side, the room and especially the double bed were small for a hotel of this level and price.
