Hotel Barrameda

Marta, the receptionist, was excellent. She helped us with everything we needed and was flexible with the room arrangements.

Immaculate property. Located right in the centre of this fantastic authentic Spanish town. Rooms are all new and spotless. Hotel has a beautiful courtyard and great little rooftop overlooking the central square. Sanlucar town is a hidden gem. Great old town with castle and a short walk to amazing beaches.

There were no kettles available in the rooms, but there was access to hot water, coffee and tea at the reception desk

Very good hotel, really in the centre of Sanlucar. The rooms were good, good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Our friend had to be hospitalised and we got good support from the staff. Thank you Martha! The hotel has 2 stars, and I have been in 4 star hotels less comfortable than the Barrameda hotel. For me it is at least a 3 star if not a 4 star hotel.

Location. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly

Breakfast was confusing as to what was included in different prices. Being charged €9 to park a moped in the car park

Everything about this hotel was first class - the location, staff, bedroom, cleanliness, breakfast, rooftop terrace. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Sanlucar de Barrameda.

Amazing location overlooking the square, we were at the front, but the sound insulation was pretty good. Lovely breakfast with good choices, good coffee and fresh orange juice. But for us it was the roof terrace that made this hotel, and being there out of season we pretty much had it to ourself!

It was strange not to have a mirror in the room, only the bathroom

Had a bath but in the room with the bed rather than separate bathroom [although bathroom did have a shower], a kettle to make hot drinks would have been welcome

The super clean and comfortable rooms and the convenient location, close to tapas bars, Bodegas, beach, bus and walking along the coast.

For a two star everything was great

Very nice room. Very comfortable. Great bed. Loved the patio.

Not something that the hotel could change, but it was very hard for me to walk so far, especially with a suitcase. The closure of the Plaza del Cabildo to vehicles makes the location of the hotel a challenge for those with mobility problems.

Excellent breakfast and very convenient parking. Fantastic location for visiting the town.

The room was a wee bit small

Central, modern, clean helpful staff. Close to so many restaurants and only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Our bedroom 107 was located by a communal door in the hallway, everything this was uses by other guests it rattled our bedroom door. This could easily be fixed.The auromated coffee machine was poor.the proper coffee machine seldom used at breakfast unless requested which was a shame.

Overlooking the main town square. Helpful staff. Lovely little rooftop space. Quality buffet breakfast. Comfy room.

Location and service. It turns out I was booked for the next day, but they accommodated me without any problem!

Location is great but in a pedestrian area. Easier if driving, to arrive at a designated hotel car park and short walk to Hotel
