- I didn’t like anything abt hotel ,poor service and staff was so rude to us and brkfast was so bad that it spoil my whole day.
- Wooden Flooring was patched, creaking and vaguely covered with carpets.Staff were either lazy or over smart. Please tender exact change when ordering food else they assume the pending amount as tips.I had to follow up twice for the balance amount and what i got back i assume was after tips deduction.Got to know from the owner that staff sud have provided hot water bags while check in, i had to follow up a couple of times before i got it.The balcony is shared one not a private one with the suite room.Dimly lit room with an untidy bathtub.
- This hotel is not good for money. The location is bad and facilities sucks. I wonder how this hotel got so many good ratings. Food is costly and not worthy. One should not go for this hotel in lachen.
