- Staff were wonderful. Old hotel but nicely maintained. Easy walking distance to Old Faro and all its beautiful attractions.
- The friendliest of the staff!
- Helpful staff arranged a taxi for 4:30 am and all went smoothly.
Cons -
- Hotel advertised as "parking included." Well, yes, but I'm glad that he car that I had rented was very small. The provided parking spot is VERY tight. And seeing as I had a rental car where any damages would be paid for by me. I returned the car early.
- The parking spots were very tight!
- The view was not great but we are not in the room to enjoy a view, we were wandering the city! The pigeons do roost very close to the windows, so you cannot open the window.

 front desk lady was fantastic, helpful gave great city advice. Hotel was slightly further away from old town and train station but close enough to walk! Close to market, restaurants and sights, able to leave bags early. Room was big, nice shower.
The view was not great but we are not in the room to enjoy a view, we were wandering the city! The pigeons do roost very close to the windows, so you cannot open the window.
