Architecture is great, Rooms are clean and big enough. Location is ok.

Decor, very cozy.

My room faced the inner courtyard so I felt like it lacked privacy if I wanted to open curtains, and, I woke up to someone playing the piano in said courtyard!

The staff were polite, efficient, and very warm. The hotel is well located in the historical city centre, which makes it easy to explore Utrera. Paid parking is available, which is convenient. Breakfast was included, and I appreciated the availability of gluten-free bread. While not very lavish, the breakfast was sufficient to start the day. The room itself was spacious.

The second bed was placed just outside the bathroom, which was not very comfortable or practical. Additionally, the mattress quality could be improved.

Despite your confirmation of our booking and 3 emails from the hotel, when we arrived in Utrera and called the hotel, the young lady who replied denied all knowledge of our booking. She then rudely terminated the call. When I tried calling back, there was no reply.

Great service! Very friendly staff who recommended me a great restaurant nearby where I had the most delicious (and cheapest) food in all of spain! Would return! There are roadworks outside of the building that make it a little tricky to access but the staff offered to meet me at my car park and help with my bags to the hotel!

Noise from the lobby was a little loud in my room but wasn't bothered.

Nice looking small hotel, but supposed soundproofing in bedroom did not exist. There was a conference in guest lounge area on the day after we arrived which meant hursts could not use it. Dining area was either in the bar or a small suiting area. Not great, only plus was very pleasant staff.

The room was large and the shower was very good. The beds comfortable and the personnel were very helpful

The roof top terrace should be accessible during the morning for guests to enjoy breakfast or to admire the views

Beautiful and comfortable, big bathroom with separate bath and shower, nice breakfast. And Utrera a very pretty town

the bed is ok, but a bit small for 2 big people. Or we are just used to bit larger beds.

Absolutely stunning decor, extremely pleasant & helpful staff, decent spread for the included breakfast. We loved Utrera too and look forward to returning as it makes a great base for exploring Seville and Andalucia. Will definitely stay here again when in zone.

Obviously beyond the control of the hotel but there were extensive roadworks around the hotel which made access awkward. These works seem to include drains & sewers which likely account for the strange smell in our room.

Ambience, location, parking, interiors - absolutely everything was amazing!

Good service and nice roof top terrace. We stayed in two rooms and much preferred the cheaper Double Room as this room was a lot quieter. The breakfast was excellent.Parking required a five minute walk to the south of the city in a free car park.The train station is a 20 minute walk.

At the time of our visit (Oct 2024) the main sewer immediately outside the hotel was being replaced . This restricts access, makes a foul smell and workmen start digging at 8am. We were on our honeymoon, so we left the hotel a day early mainly due to the noise & smell issue.

All rooms face the inner courtyard when the window is open, and guests in the inner courtyard. are quite loud

We liked the ambiance of the old building with modern Facilities. The front desk staff Was very efficient. Our room was large and very modern. The rooftop area gives a great view and little touches like the glass floor in the women’s bathroom that shows you an old well is very unique. The centre patio area is a wonderful setting with the trickling fountain.

It’s not the hotels fault, but because of the construction on the street outside, we had to carry our bags from a local parking lot, which was an inconvenience.The bed was quite squeaky.

The location, the room was comfortable and clean and there’s amenities also with hair blower, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building, very large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. All 3 receptionists and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Real big kudos to the team because I find it common to see a few people like that but rare to see that mindset in the entire staff.

The breakfast buffet offers various choices but may be too Spanish for me. I would have liked some more options in (fresh) bread and fruit. That’s a personal preference of course and I’m the foreigner here.
