Hotel Veracruz

The staff were amazing, the room was perfect and it was very quaint and comfortable.

No fault at all to the hotel. The location was not what we had envisioned. My friend who lives in the area recommended the hotel and we really wanted to be in downtown Sevilla. We were a 60€ cab ride away. That was very disappointing. But again, no fault of the hotels.

A charming hotel in a great location in the town: Plenty of food and drink options nearby. A very pleasant 2 night stay. Peña Bética de Utrera, which is just down the road, is fabulous for food and a beer.

Excellent accommodation and service as usual. Always friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent light breakfast..

Charming property with comfortable, clean room and breakfast included!

What a lovely hotel. Great location for walking the Via Serrana and Via Augusta, as both routes intersect at Utrera. The Vera Cruz is right on the route and is very Camino friendly, with its own Camino tile in the pavement outside the entrance. Maybe a little more expensive than usual, but go on spoil yourself, you have deserved it- there is not a great selection of accommodation to choose from. Good breakfast too.

The hotel is located closed to the city center. Plenty of choice of restaurants and tapas bars. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We liked the top attic room as it had its own balcony and access to the roof terrace full of lemon trees. A shame we were visiting in December as we imagine it will be very cool to enjoy the terrace in spring time with view of the city.

Lovely hotel, well located for the Camino Via Augusta. Very welcoming staff. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast room was a little cramped and would not have been easy to move around if busy.

Loved everything

Great location for us in the lovely town of Utrera with plenty of history and lovely shops. The hotel was perfect for what we needed with a spacious room and small terrace and extremely clean. I would stay here again.

The downstairs room was a little noisy in the mornings as we could hear the staff but this is all I can think of.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us in every possible way with directions, maps, writing stuff out for us as we are not Spanish speakers. They arranged a very reliable taxi to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. They provided an early breakfast and saw us off.

Great option near Sevilla. It's only 20 minutos by train, and the place is super comfy and traditional. Also, nice breakfast.

The hotel has a sweet homey feel between the decor and friendliness of the staff! The rooms were clean and location was a quick walk to the train station.

No refrigerator in room, though I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us asking to store a few things in theirs but I didn’t ask.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. The local was perfect. There was a little market within walking distance. The breakfast was good and well. I really like how there was food available even after breakfast.

Reception so helpful and friendly.answered all our questions. Lovely room and really offered extra amenities! Skippers, soaps,Kleenex wash cloths! Breakfast was included and it offered a wonderful selection. Highly recommend

Clean, well equipped and well priced place to stay

I commend the staff at Hotel Veracruz for their outstanding customer service skills. They helped me greatly with directions to restaurants and other places of interest in Seville and Utrera, and went above and beyond their duties to help with a delayed bag. This is one of the finest hotels in Utrera, and I would definitely recommend any visitor to stay at the hotel when visiting this part of Spain.
