Great location to visit Beja. Room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom and balcony. We stayed in the 3rd floor. Linens were excellent quality and spotless. Great wardrobe.

The shower glass had lots of water stains and the beautiful walls should be clean because they were not shiny as they should be. The flush tank was coming out of the wall. The desk had stains on the left side. The balcony only had 1 chair .

WC doors should be reviewed. Each time I've opened the wc door, the whole room trembled like an earthquake. I due believe it is due to the wc ceiling. Also the ventilation on the Wc's is less than perfect. should be reviewed as well, I've staid in several rooms and the ventilation is always less than it should be.

Comfortable beds with crisp linen and towels. Internal temperature was good

4* hotel. One bottle of water each. No tea coffee making facilities. No replacement of water unless paid for. Front desk unable to help by providing an extra chair for the balcony

Staff location breakfast

Room good size. Air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good. Friendly staff. Clean. Restaurant not open in the Evening but served in the bar. Great food.

No kettle or tea making facilities in room.

The hotel was very good, with good areas, good service and good cleaning level. Very good breakfast and the location to do some tourism is perfect

Has free parking athough you can park everywhere in region.

Mid range three star hotel with same level of breakfast (reaching the minimum requirements). It is your risk to dine there- not far from hotel are great local cafe that will make you happy. Furniture is worn and some shelves do not close properly.

Good stay, nice swimming pool, very good breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Room very comfortable and large, nice to have a balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast very good.

It was just a short stay for us, we came late and went early. It is a pretty big hotel with a conventional lobby and rooms, the hallways are nice and spacious so it was just what we needed at the time.

The kids were hoping they could go for a swim because the pictures showed swimming pool but it was closed (I guess it is only open during summer time). The breakfast was nice although we were a bit confused because one of the table still had some pots from earlier that was probably not a part of the breakfast buffet

Nice swimming pool. Big restaurant hall.

The airco was bad. It didn’t regulate the humidity in the room, which caused waking up with a very sore throat. The shower was also bad: cold/lukewarm water.

Really enjoyed our stay. Bartender was amazing!!! Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner. Speaking of dinner, not only the food was delicious but the service was exceptional.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only recommendation that I have is there could be more soap.

Friendly staff. Large clean bedroom, good quality bedding and towels. Air con excellent (39C outside!). Only stayed overnight but my dinner of roast leg of lamb etc was excellent - v generous portion. G&T also excellent and generous! Well maintained gardens and large pool plus kids' pool and play area with rides. Easy, free parking. Will return.

The shower holder on the wall is broken so you have to hold the shower head in your hand. The dinner menu has been very the same for a very long time
