Cleanliness was very good, all the staff every where are very helpful and the smiles always on their faces and the quality of the food was very good.

the quality of the juices and soda drinks every where in the hotel are very bad it was like a water with flavor not a real juice.the service, drinks and the snacks at the pool and the beach bars where very bad and management of the hotel should work on it.the quality and the taste of all kinds of coffee were a real Miserable experience.

The price versus performance ratio is adequate / all employees are friendly and willing to help in any situation / wonderful snorkeling / we enjoyed our vacation

The small factory for energy production is very noisy, especially at night, so we asked for a remote room and they accommodated us without any problems

Most of the stuff wasn’t so friendly & welcoming, except for few people who have gentle personalities (far from the policy of the hotel)The furniture was very old & worn out , the room has no internet, if you want to use internet need go to the reception only , the air conditioner wasn’t working efficiently & its voice was so loud & annoying. The room had insects, the towels weren’t so clean. For the beverage was so poor for an all inclusive reservation , I need pay for some beverages even the hot chocolate , for the least right for one resident in a hotel would be free water, they offered a 600ml bottle per day for one person, when I asked extra bottle they ask me pay , The parking area is on the highway in front of the hotel.

The price-quality ratio is the best for this resort. We got a good deal on booking for all-inclusive resort with aqua park and entertainment. It was very lively and nice. The entertainment every day and evening. Rooms are big.

The food wasn't the highest quality but it was OK for the money we paid. It wasn't very clean in our part of the hotel. It seams like they've been building it and didn't clean it thoroughly after finishing the building work.Aquapark was basic but good for one-two-day-stays.

-The beach guards were very helpful and co-operative-The beach is not sandy but there was a marina so you could enjoy the snorkeling - air conditioning system was good-house keeping was professional and friendly

-The food was incredibly bad with a horrible taste , very low quantities and you should wait may be an hour to get a piece of meat, , i couldn't help my self from capturing the lines-Drinks was very low quality even the Pepsi it wasn't Pepsi or Coca-Cola it's unknown product suitable for only how are trying to get off soda -The room was too far away from the restaurant and like a mass when i asked to change it they refused -The property is isolated from any thing, there is no night life or any activities around it , only the desert , i tried to get out to buy food from any restaurant but i found that the nearest one will be 20 or 30 k.m from the property

welcome drink, aquapark and splashzone, room with a sea view - the view was amazing, small tables and chairs for kids in kids area. staff is very friendly and helpful.

Over rated on booking very poor hotel .. very poor food and not fresh it was repeated every day .. poor activities and poor view no gardens or tree too expensive for this service this hotel should be 3 stars as a maximum

Aqua park, Pool, pool bar ( the guy from the pool bar (ali) make nice cocktails, helpful and always smiling), room view and decor, breakfast was good.

BEACH IS ROCKY TAKE CARE i got injured from the first day and it was written in booking that beach has a sandy part and a coral part which is not true and regarding for this i booked the hotel but it was very very very disappointing from the first day and the marina was closed most days so we couldnt enjoy swimming in the hotel beach. In addition to room service was really slow whenever we order something it took them hours to deliver it. AC at room since we arrived was very very weak and we complained immediately but no one gave us proper attention and fixed it, until we checked out the problem wasnt solved.

Good average price comparing to the service it was perfect actually, the stuff were so helpful, the food exceeded my expectations.but over all for the price i had paid it was perfect

it has only one big swimming pool and a small aqua park it was not as my expected

The resort is very amazing , fantastic pool , the staff is very friendly and helpful, animation team is very good specially in Thursday ? , the aquapark is fantastic and the sea was full of colored corals ? Thanks for Mr mohamed shaaban and his team ❤️

AC is very poor, no of sofa’s in the main reception was not enough even for half of the users, food is same every day with a very poor quality, We were eating literally only the macaroni, Animation is only for half an hour or maximum 45 minutes, room services you have to call and request them, they won’t come on their own, majority if not all beverages are mixed with waterGenerally, bad experience and I won’t really repeat it again

Food is very poor stuff is unprofessional and not following booking conditions all soft drinks are mixed with water chef
