Friendly staff , clean room with great beach They have a wonderful restaurant named Mongolian

The stuff is perfect, the view is wonderful ??, the room and the whole resort are clean, and the hotel is ready for people who need special care, e.g., people who can't move without a wheelchair.

The place doesn't have Wifi except at the reception and it's not working most of the time, room service guys are so slow and you have to make tye same request multiple times, food is average but not very diverse, the AC wasn't working for the first night but it was fixed later anyways

Everything was great , The hotel is nice , The food is great , The staff are excellent, the pools are amazing, room is clean and it’s with nice view , i liked everything.

The warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff make you feel instantly welcome.On the beach, the animation team keeps the energy high, and I’d like to especially mention Mr. Abdallah for his cheerful attitude and friendly presence.In housekeeping, Mr. Mohamed Farahat went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly taken care of, showing great attention to detail and care.A special thanks also goes to Mr. Mohamed El-Deeb, the Front Office Manager, whose exceptional service and dedication made our stay smooth and enjoyable by resolving any issues with great professionalism.The entire staff is remarkably kind, attentive, and helpful.Tip: I highly recommend paying a little extra for a sea view room—the breathtaking view is something you’ll never forget.

While the food and juice options could be more varied, what’s available is generally good and doesn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

The hotel itself is okay but the food was very bad, rooms were poorly equipped, location is okay, the gym was very very bad, women of the staff were nice but others were very rude

The stinginess and lack of courtesy of the wine server at the main restaurant (mohammed ASHRAF) who serves you a glass of wine and tells you that you will just have to come back! so, we order 2 glasses of wine at the same time to make one! completely stupid!Also pay attention to their card system for obtaining beach towels: we take the card from you, we lend you a beach towel, you return the towel but we don't give you the card back and in the end, when you leave, you are ask for the card (which you don't have) otherwise 10€ deduction! scam!

Clean hotel, decent staff,and the marina was marvellous.

The coral reef was amazing. I was very warmly received and helped by Ahmed Abdel Hamid, who helped me in every way and gave good tips and recommendations, and in general, went an extra mile. I wish all receptionists were like him. The housekeeping guy was very nice too - he made a towel heart for me, although I was staying alone ?? Besides, I found NLT travel company just great - Alex helped me to get to Luxor by booking a tour with an outstanding Egyptologist, whose Italian was next to perfect.

The food in the canteen wasn't great, but the BBQ and Mongolian restaurant had delicious food. No proper cocktails - do not expect any real juices in them.

Good hospitality , the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is generally beautiful.

I like it , Just the need to increase the food varieties

Since we came, a very warm welcome beginning with the reception and going through all members of the hotel. We had an immediate upgrade without even asking for it. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was good quality and taste, several pools, with good animation team, especially at night performances. We enjoyed the sandy sea (unfortunately the sea was a little bit too shallow), but this is nature, can't complain.

As an advice, try to have more variety in food especially during lunch. And the quality of patisseries need to be somehow upgraded.The snorkeling area must be bigger, you have all the area needed along the coral reef.

The only positive thing about this place is savory food they offer in lunch and dinner(only 3 options of food with acceptable quality).

Very poor quality and below average level of service in everything:1.Electricity was cut off during the full stay everyday in the morning(they don’t have a generator that could cover the electricity cut off,this is my first time to be in a hotel with no electricity).2.Drinks that are served were of very low quality,soft drinks were offered hot and the milk served in the breakfast was cold and unheated, water served from tanks in pool bar had very strange taste.3. There was no animation team except 3 people that were actually doing nothing to engage the kids.4.The room service doesn’t put water inside your room, you have to take it by yourself from the lobby.

Coral reef was awesome but take care lion fish is there.Mongolian restaurant with tasty and juicy food it is my first experience but I love these food because of the chef. Animation team and there shows dance show and music show with perfect master I did not remember his name to thank
