Really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean; the reef right by the hotel was perfect for snorkeling, though beware of waves. All-inclusive food was convenient and tasty — I’d give it a 4/5. Relaxed vibe, easy access to the sea, welcoming personnel, and overall a great spot for a laid-back holiday.

I stayed there with a small kid, so we mostly used kids pool, and the one in Aqua park. Both of them have slides inside. We loved it. Aqua park also has a lot of big slides for older children and adults. We didn't experience any animation program so I can't comment on that. But we did spend some time on the beach and it's very nice...lots of sand for the kid, nice entrance in the water...you can even see some fishes in the shallow water. The coral reef is couple of meters from the shore, so if there are no waves you can snorkel. we had couple of very calm days, but also windy ones (waves are very big so it's not possible to go in the water), but you can use the beach and pools. Our room was very nice, it had terrace from which we could access kids pools, so it was very convenient. Food in the restaurant was great for us, we could always find something for us. Cookies and cakes were great (not to sweet). Some food was available each day, but there was also some that was different each day (like soups). I loved it. And people that work there are really friendly! We didn't have any stomach problems. Kids club could use some improvements (lack of materials for play).

The staff on the pool were nice, at the desk bar not so much.

The taxi arrangements, 50$. for a one way taxi to airport 10 kilometres away , a ransom as there are no taxis at the hotel, or is because there is no road ?? Not cool, the restaurant at port Galif , sent a taxi for us return, for free. That I was not needed but was appreciated the service twice as far for 10 euros .

The hotel is well renewed, comfy and cozy, access to the beach is not a long walk..everything pretty closed by. Everyone we met was lovely and friendly, from hotel staff, to the shops owners, sellers on the beach, and mostly the guys from the Dive. It is pretty close to the airport, but not that much to hear planes going back and forth. We had a charming stay, the reef in front of the hotel is very well preserved and rich, both snorkeling and diving. Food was varied and tasty, the Indian restaurant, excellent! Rooms are very spacious and clean. We would definitely repeat if we have the chance! Thank you to everybody for making our stay so great!

Very good customer service from every employee of the hotel, amazing food and attractions around, also it was possible to book a trip and taxi when needed. Very clean and nice hotel. Great attractions in the evening for everyone!

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. If there was something we were not happy about the managers were able to sort it out straight away. + Beautiful place and a lot of green and blooming plants. You can see that there are very professional gardeners+ A several swimming pools + A choice of food + Animations and discos every night + A very welcome and helpful staff + The managers always available and immediately sort out everything you need

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are 70+, to spend their first Christmas somewhere warm and stress-free. Since my parents have been in Egypt more than 10 times, they had an idea of what to expect. They came back absolutely amazed that they had never experienced such a hotel in Egypt before and as soon as they get the chance, they want to come back to Amarina Jannah Resort.The people who work here are absolute professionals and make their customers feel the kindness every minute, everything was new and clean, the room was huge, the food was amazing, the pools, beach and sea were breathtaking. I am very happy that I was able to give my parents such a gift for Christmas, and I think that from now on I will want to repeat it every Christmas. I want to thank the Amarina Jannah Resort for such an approach to oldest people who do not speak any world language, and they managed to make the pensioners so happy. I will come to visit you with my wife in a few months, for now I just sending the most beautiful greetings from my parents! Thanks again Amarina Jannah Resort!!!

Everything you need in one resort! We loved our 10 days at the Amarina Jannah and would love to come back. We had our routine sussed from day 1 which included plenty sun, beach walks, sunbathing and lovely food. Staff were great, especially our friends in the kitchen who managed to help my wife with gluten free options every day. We booked originally seeing the many great reviews this place had and now they have another happy customer that can't rate this place highly enough. Many thanks and hopefully be back sometime soon!

- Staff agreed to pack some lunch boxes on several occasions for our diving trips.- Staff always tried to help.- Comfortable and spacious room with a balcony with a nice view of the sea nearby.

- Some room issues that were not resolved - broken telephone and smelly toilet.- Very bad food.- Unusable wifi in the room.- Unpaved road to get there - it takes 10mins to cover a 1km road. It's a new resort and some parts and processes look halfway done.- Staff had a very low english level. You could make a request for something, but you never knew if they really understood what you asked for.- Had to ask several times for someone to give us a laundry bag, several times for someone to pick it up, and several times for someone to deliver it back.- It's labeled as an all-inclusive resort, but a lot of things outside of some food and drinks and certain hours were not inclusive and required extra payment.

The Hotel is in superb condition throughout, the management and the staff are superb, high quality personal experience, friendly and very helpful to a man, our room was cleaned every day to an exeptional level, fresh and clean. Restaurant efficient, clean and excellent food with a wide range of choice, add to that the three A La Carte restaurants provide an excellent addition for Dining for a special evening. you can relax on the beach, enjoy camel rides, yoga, stretching, darts, volleyball, a fresh drink from the Beachbar and snorkelling on the impressive Hotel Reef. The main attraction for my wife and myself were the incredible people who made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing, big shout out to Mr Ahmed, Mohamed Osman, Amr and Dr Ahmad who looked after me incredibly well, there are too many to say a big thank you to. The management are committed to improving their Hotel over the coming months and we eagerly look forward to our next visit ASAP. Thanks everyone.

Not a dislike per se but some of the staff could improve a bit on their English, considering it is such a international customer base. Also a bit more local Egyptian food in the buffet would be great.

The resort is really beautiful and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The water slides are great and there is an option for all ages. I’ve got 2 kids of 2 and 4years old. Fantastic! Will be back again!
