The room was beautiful and had a great view and location

It gets a bit noisy but well the location is right on the night life so…

We liked the atmosphere and vibes of the place, the architecture is pretty nice and gives a warm feeling, the food is high quality, the staff is very friendly, the room had a really great view (marina view), it was also clean and well furnished, the resort has alot of different bazars and essential shops like (super market-pharmacy)

An excellent location, friendly staff and a mixed clientele. We were given an excellent room that our children loved very much.

Everything is excellent, The food was delicious and had all varieties you need The staff was amazing ,friendly and professional specially Mr.Amr at the reception and Mr.Emad at the Bar and all the kitchen staff The location is fantastic among all the markets and in front of the Marina Very comfortable beds and the house keeping were excellent.

Nothing, The only bad thing is that the vacation is over, We will definitely come back again

Chef Ahmed is amazing, really is a fundamental part of the hotel experience. All staff is super friendly and great (some maybe a bit too friendly, but I get it, it is the culture)Food’s great, shops close by, the beach is literally right next door.Ash from the restaurant is also very respectful.Marcelo from the tours at the reception, amazing guy and the dive shop next to the hotel, wonderful dive center, it is indeed wonderful

Excelent location. This resort has the best located beach in Port Ghalib. Straight from the beach you can go snorkelling, swimming etc. Beach is well protected from the strong winds.Food - really good in all aspects. It does not always look amazing but it is always fresh and very good tasting. For a canteen not bad at all. But dont expect expensive restaurant style. It's still an Egyptian style resort with a canteen for a lot of people.Staff - always nice and very friendly. We got nice room upgrade and early check in for no extra charge. They really work hard to make you feel like home and welcome. Almost nothing is a problem.Animations by the pool and beach with cheap dance music - annoying. But most people seem to like it.

Loud electronic dance music by the big pool. You cant really relax, read a book etc when the animations are happening. So you gotta plan properly if you wanna avoid these banging sessions. Same goes for the beach.Also what I dont like is that beach and pool bars close at 5PM. Usually they start running out of ice, drinks, ice-cream, food at around 4:30.The cocktails are a joke. Mojito is from mint sirup, no fresh herbs. Pinacolada is also from a sirup. They dont serve or sell any fresh juices. Its all sirup based, artificial and very sweet. However the food is usually nice with plenty of healthy choices. Dont expect plain burger and chips.

Any problems, questions or queries and the staff at reception were always available and helpfulAs I went diving every day I cannot really comment on other facilities such as entertainment etc has did not experience it but from comments from other guests was really goodHotel has a basic equipped gym, which was also used and appreciated

Food in restaurant would benefit from being labelled as to its suitability e.g. vegan, vegetarian or gluten freePersonally, the mattress was a little too hard, but the facilities and space of the room compensated for this.

I stayed in a marina view room for 1 week and it was brilliant. The room was very spacious with a fridge, kitchen and beautiful view from the balcony. There is music playing until midnight from the marina but if that doesn’t bother you then the room is perfect. All of the staff were wonderful, especially in the lounge bar. The hotel beach is beautiful and I really enjoyed the marina.

Our experience at the "Premium Suite - Marina View" was nothing short of exceptional. The Premium Suite was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable living room and beds that were nothing less than heavenly.We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but to our delight, the staff prepared our room in just 30 minutes without charging extra or us even asking—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The same hospitality extended to our late check-out. Once they learned that our ride back to Cairo was scheduled for the evening, they graciously allowed us to enjoy the room until then, ensuring a stress-free end to our stay. A special thanks to Mohammed at the reception desk for his outstanding service!The view from the suite was beautiful, offering a serene outlook over the marina and the boats. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive deal offered by the hotel — it’s great value and would have made even more sense for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this option since we booked via Booking.com.The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, making this a great choice for anyone visiting Port Ghalib. The staff, from receptionists to waiters, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable.Highly recommended for a tranquil and luxurious getaway for couples and/or families.

The music from the bars down the street goes on until around 11:00 PM, which wasn’t a big issue for us but could be for light sleepers or anyone planning an early night. If that’s the case, I’d recommend bringing earplugs for a more peaceful rest.The taxi and trip prices offered by the office inside the hotel aren’t the most competitive. You can find better deals elsewhere in Port Ghalib if you take the time to look around. That said, the hotel’s transportation options are very reliable and trustworthy, which adds a layer of safety since the hotel assumes responsibility for the service. It’s a trade-off between cost and peace of mind.

good breakfast with tasty sweets, room clean and spacious, nice coral reef with a comfortable entrance from the beach, we could see colorful sting rays every day,you can swim also close to other hotel,very friendly and always helpful stuff,billiard and bowling

hotel needs some renovation especially the bathroom in the room, it was clean but very old and destroyed,we have booked room with a breakfast only and tried to have a dinner at hotel one time - very little choice and unfortunately not tasty (price 20 usd pp is way too much for this kind of food), some sun beds are very destroyed,very little choice for the lunch at the beach, really long waiting and very small portions

I took a junior suite with swimming pool view. It was close to everything in the hotel as well not too much stairs as requested during my booking and they accommodated me. The suite Clean, nice staff and the buffet was amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Salah in the reception.

Friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable. They let us have breakfast both mornings of our 1 night stay.

Our room was missing trash bags and it would have been nice to have some plastic utensils because we got take out food one night. That's all! This hotel was in a good location for getting off the liveaboard dive boat because it is close to the dock because we could just walk our gear over.

The hotel is very nice, with large, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was spectacular. The reef directly at the beach offers a great spot for snorkeling, you can see all kinds of marine life in the first 3m from the beach. That was awesome. All in all, I can recommend this place.

We were in Room 3222 and the drain in the shower didn't drain the water, also we never had really warm water, only slightly less cold (but we only stayed one night, so perhaps it was just unlucky).
