Every thing. Its a peace of heaven. And the staff is like angles. They treat you like a king. Just think. No need to ask. All of them is generous. Its my 5th visit and i ride 700 km ti reach from cairo and i cant stopp visiting this place.

The power went out 3 times while was in my room.There was no problem with power in my room during first stay.The really hard mattresses. i couldn’t sleep very well.Wish there was a golf cart or something to take us across to Marsa Mubarak:)

I had an absolutely amazing and wonderful time. It was my 6th stay and the 4th year that i spent there for my birthday. It was the most beautiful surprise that they planted me a tree, something they do for guests on their 6th visit.Everything was absolutely perfect. They were so kind to get me a most beautiful sea view room. They sent me a free bottle of wine and a free fruit basket.The sea and the beach are heavenly, the water is so so beautiful. The place is like heaven, it feels like home. This beautiful hotel is a peaceful haven for me.The food was phenomenal, extremely delicious, and they offer a variety of cuisine to meet all tastes. I enjoyed the food so much, so clean and tasty.The animation was really good, the absolute best animation team they ever had, the fire show was the best I've ever seen. All the animation team members were so friendly and so fun. Shout-out to the lady who's the animation team's manager, she's so talented and so much fun. The evening entertainment, all the cuban singers, the two wonderful ladies and one gentleman, was absolutely phenomenal. The live performances were very very good, the best I've ever seen anywhere. They all have such wonderful and beautiful voices. I really enjoyed every night's program with them and the animation team.I already booked my stays next year.Thank you to all the wonderful staff, and thank you TCF for being this perfect. Please stay this way forever.Can't wait for my next visit next year ❤️ I will return twice next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Just the AC was a bit loud. It didn't bother me much, though.

All the stuff are very friendly and helpful, the host was amazing ,special thanks to all the reception guys how helped us a lot , Also the animation team was really entertaining specially Mondi and Yomna who sustain our stay with pleasure activities . The food was various and delicious. The beach was one of the best in Red Sea .we saw turtles and wonderful kinds of fishes and corals .

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

Clean all round , beach / main restaurant bathrooms cleaned through the day and with special touch of fresh flowers around the sinks . Bedrooms cleaned daily with special touch with towels formed into animals .Good quality was great , Variety of food for everyone and each day a different theme night . Highly recommend the shop that sells t-shirts , hoody’s etc , they can personalise any images at a reasonable price . Evening entertainment was great . Outstanding coral reef just off the jetty , recommend going to the right of sea is calm enough for an outstanding view of variety of fish and corals. To the left of beach is the relax beach which has amazing white soft sand , level of water is quite low and is home to even more turtles , and variety of fish including Lion fish . I highly recommend the 10 min walk to Marsa Mubarak to see the Dugong , ( best time is between 7:15-8:00) turtles , small stingrays and if your as lucky as me a huge stingray , the small coral reef 30 mt from sure is home to at least 8 Lion fish .

Very good value for the money. Good food, gluten free and lactose free available: just ask Ahmed head chef (he's in the main restaurant, he's a long chef hat always around the buffet checking everything is OK), he was very helpful and prepared me pizza and pancake (in the morning).

Very well organised. Huge choice of local and international meals and food, all prepared with lots of taste and flavour.Staff was very friendly and helpful. And amazingly they give a very personal touch to the service. This hotel has its own house reef for diving and snorkelling. In short exquisite place for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday at the red sea.

The location was so perfect. Was a really easy walk to see the dugongs at Marsa Murubak! No need to book a tour. The hotels private because was incredible with the most beautiful reefs full of marine life

Too greedy on incidental charges. Want to book a massage? Too bad, they wouldn't let me book fewer than two, and tried to pressure me to book (and pre-pay) three. Want to dive the house reef? No problem, as long as you book (and pre-pay) no fewer than four dives. Need a ride to the airport? No problem, but that 10-minute ride will cost you 30 Euro (anywhere else in Egypt it would be less than 5).

Another fantastic vacation at Fayrouz Plaza - my 10th time there! so I got golden membership . This place holds a special spot in my heart. The resort itself is stunning, with those iconic Red Sea views never getting old. Plus, its location next to Port Ghalib Marina and Marsa Mubarak adds a touch of vibrancy.But the true star of the show? The 800-meter beach! Arguably the nicest in the area, it's clean, spacious, and boasts a magnificent coral reef teeming with life. Snorkeling and diving straight from the jetty were daily highlights.The staff are consistently amazing, and a huge thanks again to the Golden Team for ensuring everything runs smoothly . This trip, however, the reception team truly stole the show They kept all things ok especially Mr. Hassan Zakaria who help us in all our demands . The good news this time is Wifi upgraded in all rooms so I could connect to web in all places inside Fayrouz plazaWith multiple all-inclusive restaurants and bars, you'll never go hungry or thirsty. Add to that the two pools (one heated for cooler months), and Fayrouz Plaza becomes a haven for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend it, especially if you value friendly staff and a beautiful setting!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Salah the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Food quality and entertainment was very good.

The beach was ok

All things there was excellent, specially the stuff of panorama restaurant when I request from them to make surprise to my wife in her birthday. They are welcome and made excellent birthday show.

Everything was just perfect; the delicious variety of food, the super nice staff, especially at the restaurant and the beach is wonderful.Loved the entertainment and the animation team was fun, especially Mr Mina, who is so talented.

I called the reception so many times a few minutes before arriving to arrange for a shuttle bus to drive me from the gates, and they just kept on hanging up and i waiting 20 minutes in the sun waiting.The sales reps at the beach are annoying.

the location of the hotel is amazing it have the best beach and site scene the restaurant was great, everything was made with lovethe stuff were all friendly and helpful
