Good food, kind staff, close to the airport Marsa Alam.

I was missing home shoes in my room and I could not get connect to hotel Wi-Fi.

5th time to go there. One of the best places you can visit in Red Sea . Mr Mostafa from the reception desk is really exceptional person, he facilitate everything in short time.

Cleanliness, caring, entertainment, staff, food, snorkeling spot, all were nice

The house reef is amazing for snorkeling with excellent visibility and abundance of fish. The staff are amazing but specifically the manager Mr. Mohamed, Fathi from the front office, Adel and Mohamed from housekeeping, and Abo Elgod and Fahd at the beach were exceptional.

You have access to the beach at the hotel but not for swimming as it is rocky so either you use the jetty to snorkel or you have to walk a little to Jaz Solana to swim

Our stay was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations for both myself and my children. The personalized service began the day before arrival with a call confirming our room preferences and any special requests. Upon arrival, Mostafa provided an excellent orientation, making everything clear and easy. Learning it was my daughter's birthday, the team surprised her with beautifully decorated room and a special dinner invitation at Margan restaurant – a wonderful gesture expertly arranged by Mostafa. We also enjoyed an unforgettable snorkeling experience with Ammar from Coraya Divers, including the magical opportunity to swim near dugongs and turtles. The food was delicious and varied, the aqua park provided great entertainment, and the daily pool activities were a lovely addition.

The place was okey but the hospitality and service were shit

The reception was running circles and they made me pay over amount as i am egyptian it came out to be a rule but the headache they gave me was exceptionalThe reception called me as if i did a crime telling me come back to the reception we need u for few minutes A guy told me dont go out to the terrace as ur not supposed to to be there shouting …. Cuze i am black and with curly hair very rude and raciest Not gonna stay there again in my life

- jaz lamaya doesn’t have private beach and we had to walk long distance to solaya to use their beach without any beverages service -beach bar team is too small for serving this huge amount of guests - pricing of the activities like spa , snorkeling is in euros for the Egyptians and the prices are too high even in euros

I like staff members especially Mr Fathy in Reciption helped me for my baby vaccine and guide for all trip questions. Staff are very friendly and have great smile all time. Really amazing trip and will back again in October.Before we leave. They give us memory gift. We love this too much.

Small shower in wc need to fix. A in mosque need to improve. Otherwise everything were amazing and we love JAZ

I spent 3 nights at Jaz Lamaya and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and friendly staff.I would especially like to thank Mr. Mostafa, the Assistant Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.Highly recommended – I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was more than beautiful — from the delicious food to the incredible snorkeling. The whole atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. I loved my room, the pools, and the aqua park — all exceeded my expectations. This place is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

the animation team could use a bit more energy or variety to better match the overall high standards of the hotel.

I like the friendly staff at all positions - from gardener, house keeping to chefs in the kitchen, restaurants and bars waitresses and shouldn’t forget the front desk. Location is great - only 10 minutes from Marsa Alam International Airport.

A la carte restaurants are really quickly fully booked and Wi-Fi is disconnected devices after 2 days.

The cocktails were fantastic as was the service at the pool and at the beach where waiters brought you drinks. The pontoon enters a bay so when it is windy, the sea is calmer. There is also access to a sandy beach which is open when it is very windy which you can swim at. The hotel provides wind breakers. The aqua park has many slides and is very fun. Lifeguards at the pool were very attentive.

The food was repetitive. At breakfast bacon was only provided one morning. There is always a long queue for waffles and crepes at the beach bar. Not all cocktails are made at the beach bar and the selection is limited. The hotel conditioner doesn't work. When we stayed it was very windy and there was a strong current by the pontoon so you couldn't swim. On non windy days the lifeguard was not watching the water, he watched the beach so if anything were to happen I'm not certain he would actually step in.Lots of jelly fish in the sea. Coral is about 20% dead. Overall I recommend staying at the jaz lamaya

It's good , but there is low variety of food , but it was very clean , and the staff were very helpful

The restaurant was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Hamdy in the restaurant who went out of his way to learn what we liked to drink at different mealtimes and always gave us great service. another shoutout to Kirolos (sorry, not sure how to spell his name) at reception who spent significant time helping us reserve a table at the a-la-carte restaurant. He was super friendly and kind and didn’t make us feel like we were bothersome.

Our housekeeping guy was absolutely amazing - taking time to prepare our room well and give us a surprise each day. It’s not his fault at all - it’s just what he is trained to do…but the bathroom was not cleaned well (mopping the floor is not enough…. it needs to be sprayed down to catch all the dirt and hair). Also, our toilet sprayer (shattaf) was not working. A plumber came twice, but it just broke again immediately after. This was rather inconvenient :)

Food and drink !Breakfast ok Didn't try buffet lunch but really liked restaurant near beach for lunch Dinner was the main problem, lack of variety and was impossible to book one of the a'la carte restaurants .Reception did find me one on last night .Didn't really enjoy the wine or alcoholic cocktails either.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and offered a good choice.

Check in took quite a while and as we were only staying for 3 nights, it was not possible to book in the à la carte restaurant as it was already fully booked once we arrived.

We had the best time at this resort! The service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start. There were so many fun things to do for both kids and adults. We were never bored, not even for a minute!The animation team was amazing and super fun. They made us laugh every day with their games and shows. They really made the whole trip extra special.The food was also really good, with lots of tasty choices. Every meal was fresh and enjoyable.This resort is perfect for families or anyone who wants a fun, relaxing holiday. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect, hotel is not new, but clean. The beach was beautiful and the staff is great.

The location is amazing - the closest to the snorkeling point. Not too windy when windy.Staff is very friendly and helpful - Fathy was an amazing host. Waiters both in the bar and restaurant were providing a great service as well as at the beach. Spa was a relaxing experience thanks to Tarek and a professional massage therapist team.
