Dinner was delicious, kids play area was nice, and the staff were nice.

The hospitality was amazing, Staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel was quiet and cozy, a perfect gateway from the city.The food was great and the breakfast portion was big.The sea was really amazing.

Some facilities are old and need renovation.Not many activities to do,but that was suitable for relaxation seekers.

There was hair the bed and the pillow next day there was hair in my dinner and first day onlyThe wifi was working the rest if ym stay it was not working the reception was nit cooperative

Furniture is a little bit old but it's okay, room are clean bed are comfortable As usual, Mr. mohamed El sayed is outstanding ? performance I like the place because of him , give a very positive energy

The hotel is very understaffed. There are 0 food spots in all of the hotel. No nearby hospitals

Food variety, bed needs to be better and toilets on beach is very bad needs renovation

Resort location is excellent , beach is good and pool is nice , no traffic and the staff are every friendly and helpful especially the house keeping and from desk , also Mr. Saif from the kitchen are very decent and helpful, I liked everyone in there and inshallah will repeat it.

Perfect location for kiting and relaxing to a wonderful view of the sandy beach and turquoise water. The room was better than the pictures and was super clean & spacious. Bathroom had a hairdryer and shower gel, fresh towels and a mini fridge. Good wifi in the room. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Would go again!

Room for improvement with dinner, had good variety but did not taste like anything, as an alternative you have good pizzas though!It would help to let guests know on arrival that there’s a supermarket near the pool, as I only found out on the last day.

Bathroom smell was very bad . Staff tried to fix it but the smell was still exist and impacted directly to the smell of all room Room 1103 And it was parking view not garden Don't take this room
