Hard to reach staff

The food, the Pool, and my room were super good.The view of the rooms is very exceptional

They are experiencing issues with the electricity, which went out for an entire day. We left without the problem being resolved, nor were we offered another room. Every time we inquired, we were told they were working on it, but there were other rooms available that had electricity.The last 24 hours were very difficult, characterized by a lack of transparency and minimal solutions.also bathrooms are a bit old and need to be worked on.

Location and hotel facilities were amazing. All rooms were pleasant and the beach was nice too.

There was a power outage for 1 night and TV wasn’t working for a whole day which made our stay terrible and devastated especially after we asked for a comp night or some sort of discount for the inconvenience and the general manager of the hotel was extremely RUDE to my husband when he talked to him about the inconvenience. It was really disappointing to be honest given the hotel is very nice and the staff too but their manager Ahmed Dahmash should be in that post, he had zero experience in maintaining a happy customer.

I liked the location. The pool and the weather

The food wasn’t as good as expected. The quantity was good while the quality needed to be reconsidered

Location and room size was great

While few guests are existing, the hotel is working with minimum capacity (no shows or activities)mattress was so old and not comfortable

Food used to be good, but variety now less, and not tasty, house keeping isn't bad , yet it can be better, distance between beach and hotel relatively far.

Beautiful place And the view was amazing Duplex suite was beautiful i like itAnd the view of the sea and pool was nice

The place is perfect, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the quality of the food is more than perfect.Rooms are clean and the activities was very nice especially for kids.

Parking area is little far from the hotel entrance gate, and it is open area in dusty environment.Bath room tap water is not clear.

I like people surf there, but I am disappointed. It’s cost too much for living three star not five star.

I didn't like that the hotel wasn't connected to the sea. I had to take a cheap, un-air-conditioned minibus to get there. There were no services, and I had to pay for all drinks, both at the beach and outside the restaurant. The food wasn't good; it felt like I was in a cafeteria where I always had to pay, even for tea. There was no welcome upon arrival, and no one seemed to care, even though the hotel's construction cost was very high. The beach wasn't clean or up to standard, although the staff were kind, they lacked the ability to improve the hotel to better serve guests. Also, the time between breakfast and dinner was too long, and there was nothing for the children or families to eat. The journey to the beach wasn't worth it, and I wish the cable car had been directed towards the beach, not the other way around. I apologize for the comment, but it might be a catalyst for real improvement because Egypt is a beautiful country with truly kind people.

The only good thing is the sea view from the rooms.

Food was terrible, tasteless and very poor selection. Staff and mangement were below expectation. If you ask anyone for anything, they answer that’s it. They only provide two small bottles of water and when asked for more water. They say that’s it.
