Quiet location , comfortable bed, breakfast has several options. Hard working and friendly staff. Free underground parking, which otherwise difficult to find. Make certain your car is small. Walking distance to Avenida Luizs Todi, the major thoroughfare.

1. Parking requires a very small car or excellent driver. The desk clerk guided me out of the garage without me even asking.

Easy access to highway. Good parking. Great breakfast.

Perhaps the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 2-week tour of Portugal -- with a large room and nice furnishings. It is close to places to eat. Despite being downtown, it is quiet. The breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel caters to tour groups -- breakfast was a bit of zoo and noisy as tour groups were trying to quickly take their breakfast and get to the bus.

No hot water. Hotel failed to tell us there’s no hot water one we checked it. It was never turned back on during our stay. Also, the location is a distance from attractions and landmarks.

Modern clean hotel. Hotel coped very well during Portugal power outage - staff were excellent.

No milk in the room to go with the coffee/tea facilities. A few small cartons would help! Towels could be larger.

We had a nice room and the public areas of the hotel were very pleasant. We had dinner one evening on the fixed menu. The meal and service was excellent and good value for money. There was free parking at the hotel which was handy

Dinner was great but breakfast could have been better. There was a good choice of quality food but the hot stuff just wasn't hot which was a real shame

Garage is a nightmare to enter. Tight turns and door shuts so quickly you can barely get through. Need a person out stop guide unless your car is small.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge

Seems to be newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The half board dinner that was included in our booking was surprisingly good.

Service was lacking at times. For example, if you want to buy a drink from the bar, you always have to find someone to serve you as it is usually deserted. A few of the staff have attitude.Parking is a nightmare. You basically have to be a professional stunt driver to get in and out of their parking garage.

Overall, the hotel is good, and the room as well. There is parking available, but the entrance is problematic; we couldn’t enter due to the size of our car, so we parked on the street without any issues. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet, and there is a kettle provided.

The breakfast is neither tasty nor diverse. I can’t even understand how it’s possible to ruin scrambled eggs like this. There’s not much to do in Setubal, but the surrounding areas are very beautiful.
