Great staff at reception and very helpful. Made the effort to get us a cot for the room and have our rooms close to each other. That was very helpful.

Only one plug point in the room (in the closet) and there was minimal table/surface space as it was taken up with a TV and other stuff. These could be easily remedied.

The room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the vast garden. We arrived on a stormy cold day but the room was super warm and ready for us. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains allowed us a late start, which was just perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast delicious! We hope to return when the weather is better.

There was only one plug available in the room (inside the wardrobe). Since we all need to charge our phones these days, an update would be recommended.

I recently stayed at the Turim Club Azeitao Hotel and had an amazing experience! The breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The Outside was nice,but inside was a different story. Good size room.

The bathroom was tiny and difficult to use,the shower holder was broken, the mattress protector was more suitable for use on the bed of people who wet the bed, noisy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and on the last day there wasn't even bread to make toast, the coffee was never hot.The photos online are beautiful but my room was far from that,there were no Arraiolos rugs but a stained rug.What could have been a pleasant experience wasn't. 4⭐️ ⭐️ you must be joking. In need of a good renovation.

The plastic sheeting to protect the mattress made the bed uncomfortable. The TV was cut off at 1.30 am while my husband was watching a documentary. A first

Helpful check-in process and nice reception area. Good breakfast area and nice experience.

There was no availability of tea/coffee/snack during the afternoon once breakfast is complete and prior to dinner. Nearest cafe 15-20 minute walk. The facilities are also a bit dated. A few simple maintenance actions could greatly improve the room. For example the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and the shower head was broken.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, also, accommodating when I requested to change rooms.Large, well maintained grounds and a good size swimming pool.

The bedroom. It was small and the view was non-existent - obscured by a high roof, unconvincingly made to look pleasant with artificial grass on it. A large air conditioning unit outside the window made it impossible to sleep. I appreciate I only booked a standard double but it was not cheap. Thankfully, I was moved to a better bedroom.The breakfast was plentiful with a large selection, but a poor standard - fruit not fresh, juice was cordial, coffee and water cold.

Some members of the Hotel team is very friendly and doing a great job. Other members are very unfriendly and not ale to say hello.

Room 44 is horrible. No Cupboard, long distance to the reception and breakfast room and a lot of stairs without any help from the Hotel team.

The interior is outdated. Washrooms specifically the tileGrout looks very old. The beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and had a huge spread with warm food like scrambled eggs and sausages etc. Nice bidet in our room. Also had dinner at the restaurant one night and was really delicious food! Really nice vibes in general, shabby chic.

Facilities felt a little dated and run-down. Felt like a few updates / renovations could make a big difference. No possibility to have any food during lunch time. No supermarket seemed to have been closeby? Room quite small. No plugs next to the bed.

The bed was a small (140cm) double and very firm giving us a poor nights sleep.
