It has all the amenities promised for. Looks like a modified super luxury hotels.

All is good, probably I expected too much for a well maintained place, trace discoloration of tiles in the shower

The breakfast was ok but there was not good coffee , also they took the food before time to do that and there where missing eggs . You need to ask every morning. Also the staff service not understand so good English so they didnt understand us. The jakusi didnt work ether.

The staff were very unpleasant, they didn’t offer much help. Asked them for any recommendations on sights to see, and they just told us “we don’t know”, among other things this was their favorite answer to most of our questions.Also had a horrible room, our view was basically non existent. Poor sound deadening, could hear a lot through walls and the floor, we were under the restaurant, I imagine you can understand how that went! We also had a mishap, the cleaning staff just barged into our room while we were still in it, and the next day they never even came around to clean the room.

Friendly hotel with everything I needed for my business trip to Setubal. clean, quiet. Breakfast was included and was nice. Bed nice and comfy. We were a large group attending a conference and it went off smoothly

Our twin room was on the small size. There is not much in the immediate location, but none of this would prevent me staying here again. We stayed in early January.

The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the park. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very pleasant, very professional and very efficient.

There was a coffee making machine in the room but no cup that fitted the machine. Not a brilliant variety of coffee teas etc.That was my only fault with the whole stay.

The air conditioning did not cool. The staff informed me that the heating was fixed. In my search for the room I asked for air-conditioning. It is also stated in the room description. 3 different members of staff kindly tried to help but they could not switch it on. This meant the room was too warm and we slept very badly. We could not work in the room and this was another problem.I booked slots to use the pool and jacuzzi described as for adults only. They were crowded and young children were in them.The breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were tepid/cold. On Saturday cold fried egg and tepid baked beans. On Sunday old scrambled eggs and mushrooms that were tepid/cold. Other breakfast items were nice and the staff were lovely.

We were upgraded to a premium room with a fantastic view. The room was extremely comfortable, and the service was excellent.

The hammam was out of service, and while the breakfast had a limited selection of yogurts, but the honey was of premium quality.

Hotel was well located, the staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were huge and the beds very comfortable.

Standard hotel experience. The staff were very nice and responsive. The room was big enough and quiet, and was quite clean on arrival. The location is ideal.

A bit pricey for what it is. Simple breakfast, which could be nicer. The spa was frequently under some sort of repair and the other hotel guests did not respect the allotted time slots, so it was usually crowded. The pillows of the beds were not super comfortable.

Everything except parking unavailability

Dinner was expensive for the variety of food served.rice terrible. Pool is very shallow, for kids.should be cheaper than 140 per night and 22 for dinner.
