Quick and easy to find on Main Street.

Breakfast was good but not delicious.

Breakfast was excellent. Personnel were fantastic. Great location.

Cleaning our rooms. I have been in many hotels in my life most of them 4-5 star hotels, but I have never experienced that the room does not get cleaned everyday, as early as possible. Not the case with this hotel!

Facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent. The manager, Ana Custódio was very helpful and accommodating. Shops were close by including restaurants.

Traffic was a little noisy at times but what can you expect when you are staying downtown!

Breakfast Is good (with a nice view). I was offered a nice top floor room.

Location is quite noisy. Bed was uncomfortable.

Very pleased with our choice. Well located hotel, exceptional staff, amazing breakfast with a beautiful view. We booked three rooms including two suites for the families with children. The rooms were large and clean with nice bathrooms. Highly recommend.

The location close to the city center

1. The hotel has a long history, and the bathroom seems never have been renovated. 2. Bad smelling towels.3. The noise comming from the street because of bad windows

Nice hotel in the city center, pretty close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean room.

Location was great - right near the historicpart of town. Breakfast was also nice and had a great view from the top floor

The property was definitely not a 4 star - it’s more like a 2 or 3 star. Furniture and rooms looked dated and could use an upgrade.

Lucas at the front desk was very helpful and informative. He helped us plan our day and provided some great insight in the history of the area..The breakfast was awesome!?

The hotel was fit for our purpose as a passthrough of 1 night. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

It is a beautiful property in the perfect historic part of Setubal. It is well organized, and I had a room on the very top floor with spec spectacular views of the Park.

Good location and the room was clean.

Would have preferred to be offered a rate without the breakfast. I do not each much so I got little value from that option

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and friendly staff. The only thing we would have changed would be a different room with a bigger shower. The shower was very small, but overall it was a good stay.

All the staff were excellent the hotel is in a very good location close to lots of restaurants.

The beds were hard but made better when they supplied a mattress topper, the air conditioning wasn’t efficient, we had to have the window open and it was a bit noisy, parking the car was a bit awkward about a five minute walk to the car park but not expensive 3.25 euros for 24 hours.
