Hotel Egreta

AC inexisting ... they have kind of 1920 AC system that doesn't cool anything. The only thing it's doing is some noise while it moves the air in the room.Everything is very old and very dameeged.I regret spending a night here ?

Location is simply exellent, breakfast is varius and filling, hotel is clean and provides for free car parking.

WI FI was weak, couldn't connect from the room even is the router is right above the room's door. WI FI connection worked only in the lobby, and strangely outside in the parking lot :-)

Time machine to the early 90s. Furniture, architecture and planning are all from that time. Breakfast is not bad, but the coffee is just disgusting (from a big thermos).

Parking in front of the hotel in a public parking lot, there is no parking.

Central location, free parking right outside and close to the dock for the excursion boats to the Danube delta.Superb value for money

Very small room with only basic facilities. But it has what you need for a couple of nights stay.

I did not have breakfast when I politely asked the women serving breakfast if I could have some milk for my coffee she started shouting and screaming at me and became hysterical

The unacceptable behavior of staff in the breakfast room and also of a member of staff on the reception in the evening who behaved very agressively when I simply asked her if she could help me to close a window in the bedroom

The air conditioner wasn't working in my room (or thermostat).

Great location and a very pleasant reception staff. Not my first stay at this hotel and I always feel welcomed by the staff. It's good value for money and a fine option for anyone looking for a short stay.

I stayed here before, but this time the room was not like I was accustomed to. Other rooms have bathtubs and couches and are not so cramped and small. Room 212 is very small with a tiny bathroom with a very small door that barely closes. Central heating didn't work and the AC couldn't keep us warm during the cold November night.

Right in the middle of Tulcea. OK-ish if you are just passing by.

Not exactly clean towels. One had a bizarre stain in a position that made you wonder.The room was uncomfortable, small, badly furnished, with the bathroom door much too narrow and positioned behind a structural pillar making access difficult.Old TV (I didn't think anyone had NEI brand anymore), placed in a bad position, hard to watch. Very old furniture, poorly maintained and dirty.

The friendliness of the staff and the quality-price ratio.

There were some small cockroaches in the bathroom.

Nice and quiet room.

They have a space for restaurant which is actually closed...Waste of a great space.

Terrible, stay away from this nightmare of a place

Bait and switch, room booked was not provided, charged me a few euro more than published/reserved price. When I asked for a/c controller owner refused saying “a/c is for when it is 30 degrees” When I pointed out a/c was listed as included he first tried to say he “did me favor” by letting me checkin at 20:30, because checkin was only until 20:00” (which was not stated anywhere, rather 24-hour reception is listed). This was followed him attempting to return my money and throw me out (at 22:00). He only relented when I encouraged him to call the police. WiFi is merely theoretical, with barely a connection to router and not possible to actually get enough signal to use, only one small towel in bathroom, tv doesn’t work well (just garbled snowy picture). A complete nightmare and ad is full of lies.

Did not stay cause it was a mess.

The room was so dirty, I did not stay. I tried to cancel, but didn't get the refund til this day.

Good location and good price.

Ventilation system in the rooms were leeking.I've ordered two rooms with double beds and two rooms with two sepparate beds. However hotel didn't payed attention to that. So, we received four for rooms with sepparate beds in each..

friendly employee, clean and tidy rooms.

old furniture, impossibility to charge the phone while in bedroom ( the socket was behind the bed). the parking lot was full, so it took time to find a spot.

Reservation has been paid, but on arrival manager say that hotel is full.I had to look for another hotel for that night.My money still not refunded.

I liked that is in centre of everything,bus station,food,shops

The bed was broken and every move I've done ,I could hear it.the shower was liking underneath somewhere,so water on the floor,I couldn't find some power to recharge my telephone,only in bathroom was the only one.
