Hotel Esplanada

Very good breakfast, fresh ingredients and vegetables. Restaurant has a nice panorama view on the Danube and the seagulls outside give it a nice exquisite touch.

Minor: default room heating in this time of year should be a bit higher.Nothing else I can think of.

Great location, in the center of the town, you can see the Danube from the window. Big bad. The parking is a big plus.

The room was located at the end of the hallway and the wifi was so bad that no device could connect.

Located on the Tulcea beautiful promenade.Very quiet. Excellent beds and mattresses.Very clean. Large bathroom with modern shower.

Not a Good Choice for the PriceUnfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations considering the cost. Despite being rated 4 stars, the breakfast was poor, and the coffee was surprisingly bad. While the rooms were clean, everything inside felt outdated — from the furniture to the rugs. Noise was also an issue, as we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room late into the night. Overall, the experience fell short in terms of comfort and value. There are definitely better options nearby that offer more for your money.

It was comfortable and clean. Was good breakfast and free parking.

Room was clean, large and had a river view. There was also AC, which is uncommon in Romania. Outside restaurant along the river, but it rained and there was nowhere else to sit, except in chairs in the lobby.

There was a large bus group at breakfast resulting in no seating, coffee unavailable, food not replenished. A very miserable experience. Without the bus group breakfast was OK, not great. But nice windows overlooking the river.

There was a kind of a party/celebration somewhere in the hotel. Inside the room you could hear the noise( music).The noise ended around 1.30 in the morning.

Excellent location on the waterfront right next to the ferry terminal but extremely peaceful. Spacious room if a little tired and outdated. Nice to have breakfast outside on the balcony.

The location of the hotel is excellent, we had a view to the lake that was spectacular. Rooms are large, generous. Furniture a bit old style but in good shape. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Parking large and generous.

Breakfast could improve a bit (some more choice of fruit and better cheese) the quality of coffee was a bit over average. Widows sashes must be repaired, as some bugs from outside sometimes get in this way.

Good location, easy access.

Every night around midnight heating lots of dogs barking around the neighborhood. This is because I slept with window open. Rather that this all good.

Great location, large and spacious room. Beautiful view of the river. Delicious breakfast included in the room with dining room facing the river. Exceeded my expectations, would stay again!

At first the staff is not trained when I first arrived the receptionist didn’t won’t to take my European id and said to me why I came to them without a passport . Breakfast was poor nothing healthy except the Cheerios. Room was smelly nothing I did made the smell go away plus the staff didn’t understand English and they say that you don’t speak the correct English
