There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the room from the bar in the lobby. It took forever for water to get warm to have a proper shower and the drain was clogged.

The spa was closed for maintenance and didn't know until we arrived and this was the main reason we select this hotel. The parking is paid even for guest. One receptionist promised free parking in compensation for spa closed and when we departed the other receptionist request to pay for parking.The breakfast is good but when you order dinner from menu you will be disappointed, the quality is relatively low and now where near the high price.I was annoyed with people smoking inside restaurant iqos, vaping. Not pleasant and also illegal .Overall the advertisement is misleading for not saying spa is closed, smoking in restaurant and dinner disappointed.

Coming back here after a looooong time, knowing services here are peak level. Taking in consideration everything was perfect (i.e. the staff is doing a perfect job), I'd like to emphasize the level of service of the reception. Both ladies were more than helpful kind and supportive, it was quite a pleasure. Restaurant offers a diverse menu a la carte and the breakfast was spot-on! (I actually took two "trips" to the buffet in one go :D ) Great view from the balcony too!

Perfect hotel in the centre of Tulcea. Room was very warm, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. There is a secure parking which is a plus when You travel by car.

Wi-Fi connection has been a little problem, but after connecting to it the speed was acceptable. Hotel parking is not free, but being the guest of the hotel You pay RON20 per night instead of RON50.

The staff are amazing ! Specially at the reception (the best)

the location is the best in tulcea. also facilities (the pool and the breakfast and the possibility of parking) are great value for money. we stayed for 2 days and also had a danube whole day trip to salina! great fun!

I stayed here during my trip to the Danube delta, the first room I stayed at was great. The second time I stayed I had more power sockets to charge my devices. The staff is very welcoming and there is a lovely restaurant / cafe terrace down stairs in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was great, had good selection of food.

First room didnt have any useable power sockets for me to be able to charge my devices. I had to unplug the mini fridge to access a socket. They had routers everywhere, but the downside they had low speed. 10-20mb throughout the locations.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. You have a great view of the city. And you have an ashtray in the room.

Internet speed was low compared to what you get on 5g. Morning coffee isn't that great. Prices at the restaurant are a bit spicy for Tulcea.

At the reception was the nicest and most professional receptionist i ever encountered in my life.Location is waterfront Hotel looking great overall

Old-fashioned rooms. Wood, though chair very crammed. The sockets, very difficult to get at in order to charge the mobile phone & laptop.
