Vitoria Stone Hotel

Location is excellent, stuff professional, friendly. Everything is, clean, pool refreshing.Room was little too small for two even if we travel with only carry on suitcases.Hotel has unique decoration that corresponds with nearby neolitic historical site.

Few more accessible electric outlets would be appreciated

I loved the hotel proposal. The mattress was not ideal. If I had a good mattress I would have had an excellent experience .

Our third time at the Stone. Love its location for exploring Evora, plus the rooftop pool and breakfast buffet! Great spot.

They had pounding music going until late directly above our room. Don’t stay below the bar on the 3rd floor.

We enjoyed the whole experience for arrival to the room, the facilities and the location. We enjoyed a lovely lunch and great breakfast in the rooftop restaurant.

Nothing we can think of

The room was extremely warm when I arrived, but there was no way to get the air conditioning to work. I was told that the AC was programmed to be off for the winter. Even with the window open, there was no wind, just street noise coming in. This meant difficulty in sleeping.

The room for the two of us was nicely appointed and a good size. The stone motif throughout the hotel is very attractive and distinctive. The breakfast was something to look forward to and we got a surprise birthday cake & candle with champagne and happy conversation from our servers, sisters Patricia and Tatiana (If I didn't misspell her name) for my wife. The breakfast staff put out a nice, wholesome spread. The hotel location is spacious and only a short walk to the walled - in Old Town. The reception staff was available and helpful. the bathroom toiletries set was very nice, too.On the roof is a spa and swimming pool. After many big breakfasts on our trip, an invigorating swim with beautiful surrounding views was a necessary treat. The train station is nearby, 10-15 minute walk with light luggage or a 4 minute taxi ride. we would be happy to return, if we get the chance.

Too expensive for the incredibly small room we had. Smoke comes into the room from people smoking on their balconies.

Very modern. The only problem was our air conditioner didn’t work correctly and they offered to change rules, but we decided not to.

The breakfast was excellent The room was clean quiet and a good view out from the balcony The pool was not heated and not enough lounge chairs. The down side was the lounge chair mattresses where quit soiled and stained.

A mattress pad for a little more comfort.More lounge chairs and skip the pads go with plastic lounge chairs and then the guest can cover them with the towels provided. Then they would be easy to clean and sanitize.

Beautiful hotel, decor. Great staff. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk into the walled city. Free parking. Wonderful breakfast.

Steps outside the walled city with parking and a pool on the roof. A great location to stay when visiting the historic sites in Évora.

Beautiful facilities and wonderful breakfast. A very modern experience with natural materials in the decor. Loved the rooftop pool area which is greatly needed in the summer heat.
