    • Great location, pool was awesome, room was very nice, and breakfast was super!
    • This was a lovely, unique hotel with wonderful amenities and great location to the center of town. The pool was lovely and our balcony room was superb. If I come back to Evora I will be staying here again. They even provided a crib for our infant!
    • Breakfast was excellent. Probably most comfortable bed and fantastic bedding, pillows that we have used in a hotel in many years.

    Cons -

    • Nothing I didn¿t like! Highly recommend!
    • Very noisy in the room from within the hotel ie scraping of chairs, people walking etc
    • No issues

So beautiful: rooms, bathrooms, pool area, location. Everything was excellent

The beautiful landscaping and the layout of the property. The size and ambience of the rooms. Especially the bath.

    No issues

Beautiful place and amazing location. Very comfortable.

The staff at the reception were friendly for the most part but when we asked to help with a reservation to go wine tasting they blew us off and claimed nobody was answering at the place (they didn’t even wait 2 seconds). I called myself (using my phone line and paying for the call) and they answered immediately.

It was a perfect stay! Great location, clean room, nice breakfast, and kind staff. On top of that, we asked for a baby crib and we could tell that they really cared about the request. The crib was in great condition and came with cute little toys which my baby enjoyed so much. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The breakfast was average or lower. The room was in need of remodel (they mentioned this was supposed to be done by August. Also it was quite noisy by the elevator

Hotel is a bit deceiving from the outside as the square is undertaking major landscaping work so it is not attractive currently. However, the hotel itself is lovely, spacious, traditional decor and the location is perfect. Garden and pool area are lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean!

The air conditioning in our bedroom was lacking so a bit warm but other than that, all was lovely, including the buffet breakfast.

Location was good. Close to town.

    Dated and relatively small room.

    7MelissaPosted on: 8-6-2025

The property had a good location & nice bed.

The bathroom was not good - there was mold growing in the shower, and it lacked a shower curtain so water was splashing everywhere. Additionally, there were children screaming EVERYWHERE. This hotel is specifically ONLY for families traveling with small children. If you are a couple or a group of adults only, book elsewhere. This hotel is meant for children.

The property is so welcoming. We loved having the pool when it was so hot. Our room was great with a beautiful old marble bathroom.

Loved the location within close and easy walking distance to the historic centre. The beautiful pool area was a wonderful retreat on a hot day with a super fresh pool and comfy loungers. It looks like the furnishings and decor are all new. Recently renovated and looking good. So many seating areas within the hotel to visit rather than being confined to a room. Open and airy. Our room was beautiful. Spacious with a huge deck looking out to the pool and wall of the city. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, we enjoyed meals in the restaurant and drinks from the bar. Service was great. So glad that we were able to store our bags after check out so that we could have a bit more time wandering the cobbled streets. Would stay again!

The pool has no bar for entry and exit so it’s a bit tricky to get in and out if you have knee or mobility issues. Same with the shower. A grab bar would be comforting as the tub is narrow and deep making entry and exit tricky without a grab bar.

Everything was excellent! The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was very rich,We had great family time in the nice and quiet swimming pool. We didn't want to leave, waiting for the next time.

Nothing. It was a perfect vacation.

location, amenities, good breakfast, nice pool, great view, comfortable and spacious room

nothing really i didn’t like, would’ve been nice to have had a hot water kettle in the room.

Outstanding! We loved the hotel, nearly all main attractions in Évora. Stunning swimming pool.

    Bed isn’t comfortable.

Beautiful place, with comfortable facilities, leisure area and excelente location

    4BevanPosted on: 6-16-2025

The common areas were very nice - lobby, pool and pool bar area were lovely. Nice location very close to old town.

The room was extremely tired, many things broken - shower head busted, bathroom faucet hanging on by a thread, hairdryer had a chunk of plastic missing, frayed electrical wires, many outlets didn’t work, stained furniture. I could go on but you get the picture. They are in the process of renovating rooms but steer clear until this is done. Disappointing because we paid a premium price (over $200 euro for the night) but felt like we were staying in a hostel. Also asked for a nice view when booked but we ended up looking at the parking lot. Apparently the nice view over the pool and the garden was only in the rooms being renovated but no one bothered to mention this. Overall very disappointing for the price we paid

    10JacintaPosted on: 6-16-2025

The place was beautiful and cozy. The pool area surrounded by grass and plants made it more special. Breakfast is great, and the internal areas are neatly decorated and attractive. A place to stay and return.

The room was nice, but the bathroom had a leaking sink and had no good maintenance. This doesn't give a good impression. However, the good things surpassed this detail.

Lovely hotel. Very top quality. Good position within the walls. Good underground parking at e9 a day breakfast good. Nice pool and gardens.

Drinks a bit pricy. Gave us a room with one bed for 3 people?? Corrected it but hanging about.
