The gym and sauna are excellent.

the food especially the breakfast was below average.

The spa and Katrina were great. Daniela at the front desk always remembered us and could answer all our questions. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food.

Only one water bottle per stay was disappointing. Also the cleaning staff did not replace the toilet paper roll and we had to go and request one at the front desk. Lights inside the room were very difficult to use. I know you can’t do anything about this but we missed a balcony to enjoy the weather.

The breakfast is very poor, without any regional food. The juices are not at the level of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast room is not well located, it was crowded an not very pleasent.

Very Comfortable, clean and modern

The breakfast was excellent, the room large and clean, and with good soundproofing. I didn't exactly understand why, but the parking was included and they even offered us a bottle of red wine and a fruit platter when we arrived.An excellent location as well, not inside the city walls, but very close to one of the gates. Easy walking distance to the center.

The gym could be better, it's easily overcrowded, as there isn't a large enough number of exercise machines.The pools area, overcrowded in this time of the year, was not great. Some people leave their rooms early enough, throw their towels on the sunbeds, and leisurely go have breakfast. Meanwhile, those who try to arrive early in the pool have little choice of placement. Not the staff's fault here, but there could be some monitoring of such situations when they know the area will be full by mid morning.And last, the price. I cannot say it was extremely expensive, but in terms of value for money, I felt like it should have been cheaper.

The property was close to the old walled city. Parking was on site , hotel staff very friendly. They had Buffett breakfast and dinner which you got a free bottle of wine with dinner beautiful touch. Lovely hotel , grounds nice with great pool.

Everything was very nice except the colours in the rooms made them dark and gloomy.They need to lighten up the hallways and rooms , make it more inviting.

Amazing staff and the food from the breakfast buffet was splendid.

The shower in our room had uncontrollable bursts of cold and boiling water hitting at random intervals regardless of the temperature we set. It is potentially very dangerous, especially for kids. I'm not a great fan of the open space all in one spot lobby, bar, buffet, and restaurant.

Very spacious and clean room, confortable and large bed! Very rich breakfast and nice pools. Defenitly a nice hotel for families with little kids. All in all very nice and caring staff!

Great location and wonderful staff! The pools were perfect for a sunny day after exploring Évora!

Always appreciate a kettle in the room unfortunately none. This is minor and should not be a detractor to stay here.

Really liked the place overall, and would definitely recommend and come back. There are just some nitpicks that would made my stay an overall 10/10.I understand the rationale behind the interior swimming pool booking hours, but that really takes away a bit of the freedom of sightseeing the city and just go to the pool on return; additionally, despite not making a huge difference, bathroom door didn’t fully close and the sink faucet is far from the centre and therefore inconvenient. The gym facilities could also be upgraded and improved.

Good location and reasonable breakfast.

The fact that we could go to the indoor pool and spa just once in a day and stay just one hour in total. The hotel should have warned us of this condition before we booked, as I only booked a hotel with a pool and spa to enjoy them and not just stay for an hour and go once a day.

Everything was wonderful, the staff , cleaning staff and joana at reception were very helpful .They all went out of their way to help.Definitely will stay at this chain whenever back.Very satisfied

The facilities and the staff

If you re looking for a place to relax, this is not the one. Too many people, lots of children. Because of this you have to book a time for everything, which is understandable due to the amount of visitors. Again not the place for a middle aged couple with no young children to relax.

Everything was perfect! This hotel is truely amazing with a lot facilities as 4 stars hotel have. Comfortable bed, great location near old town, friendly staff. 100% recommend!

Everything was great.

The location is very good. Easy to park. Buffet dinner was great - large variety of options. Staff was very kind and available.

The swimming pool was too crowded. The gym is in an open space, visible from everywhere.
