The room was very clean and the stuff friendly and very helpful.

The was only one power socket in the room and no one in the bath room for the razor or the hair dryer.

The hydromassage bathtub you couldn't regulate the pressure, it was always on max, the button to regulate seems to be broken, also the drain of the bathtub doesn't fully close, so for a hydromassage it doesn't make sense, we had to have the water always on to take a bath.There was mold on the corners of the walls.Now, for the breakfast, where can we begin, probably the worst hotel breakfast we had, I chose a cappuccino and a coffee with milk for her, the cappuccino tasted like a bad chocomilk and hers tasted like muddy water, we tried to get 2 normals coffee's but it was horrible, better to use my dolce gusto at home.For the food there was just a table in the middle with almost nothing, we tried some pain au chocolat, croissants they where really dry, the yogurt cake also dry, the only thing we ate was bread with butter/ cheese, didn't even had ham.We paid 155 euros for the night...

Location was close to centre with a car

Swimming pool was under maintenance and we were not told before or is there any indication on booking.com or on the hotel website. Swimming pool was a main feature of this hotel so was very disappointed

Bedroom was really big with separated rooms for bathroom. Reception open until late

Excellent restaurant (definitely get the shrimp with coriander and house red wine). Very clean. Great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find. Lots of free parking.

Very comfortable room, nice bathroom. Clean. Friendly staff.If you are by car, it offers parking and is easily reachable. Of course, not in the city centre, but it is a 5-minute drive to the nearest (free) parking in Evora to discover the city.Definitely worth the stay!

The easy check in and the 24h reception which allow us to enter any time.

The pillows are too low and too soft, but I guess this depends on the person.

Modern, clean and decent size towels

The exhaust fan on the wc was noisy, bed was a bit broken, hallway carpets needed work and in general it lacked maintenance

Modern rooms, really comfortable and great little private terrace on the ground floor. Lots of parking and friendly staff. The restaurant was also excellent and very well priced serving food late into the evening.

Most helpful and warm welcome. We came in early and they made another room for us available. Had great tips for exploring Evora and where to park. It was to rainy and cold to use the outside pool but is looked great.Excellent free parking.

Breakfast was okay, little sparse though.And rain leaked through the window where we had our breakfast. Could use some improvements.

Breakfast very good, as were the evening meals. Rooms are basic but decent value.

The location was convenient, right outside the city center and next to a supermarket. The room was clean. The swimming pool outside was enjoyable, and included a small section for kids, which was great for a 2-year-old.

The beds were not very much to our liking.

Staff are excellent, safe motorcycle parking and lovely food at an excellent price

Good room, with balcony and very comfortable beds.Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, as well as very friendly staff.The breakfast is good, good variety and quality.Nice pool, although not very big, with a lawn with sun loungers so we can sunbathe.

It would be perfect for the hotel to be closer to the center, but this was not a problem at all.

Convenient to Evora, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, good value.

Somewhat outside the city center, so could not walk to the sights in Evora, but we knew that when we booked this hotel.

Lovely clean room and shower room. Daily room service. Polite and pleasant staff. Well attended reception. Staff's command of the English language better than my Portuguese. They were patient with my practice on them.

At quiet times during the day the bar staff were engaged in other duties elsewhere.

The best 3 star hotel we have stayed in. Very nice room with extra pillows (which I always had to request). The information material was amazing, they help you book taxis, cars, motorbikes. Against a deposit you can have an iron, hairdryer). There were complimentary water and fruit in the room. The hotel smells nice. Location is perfect if you have a rental car. We were really impressed and keen to leave a feedback so they can continue impressing future guests. Happy to stay in with them any time again, and hopefully soon.

Internet wasn't working.

The restaurant meals were good and price was reasonable. Room cleaning staff responded immediately and efficiently to our request.

There were ants in the room. The staff dealt with this problem immediately and efficiently.
