Hotel Best Western Bucovina

Well located in the Bucovina area. The hotel has a good patio out front and we enjoyed having the balcony on our room and the breakfast was good each morning.

Nice place to stay right in the central of the city, 5 minutes by taxi to the central train station, 15 minutes by foot. Good and tasty food in their restaurant and nice breakfast. Will return definitely.Nice staff warm and friendly.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was leaking. The water wasn't draining from the bathroom floor.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent. The location is right in the center of town - very accessible. The parking is free, but the lot can fill up.

The description in Booking.com was very inaccurate. There are no robes, slippers, radio/alarm clock, telephone, or clothes drying rack. There is one socket on one side of the bed, but it is unusable because that's where the reading lights for the bed are plugged in. The other side has no sockets. The mini fridge can only hold about 5 small bottles. The bathroom had a sewer smell in it that the management promised to address. The furniture is somewhat worn and dated in the room we were assigned. The light in the bathroom is very dim.

Normal chain hotel , good parking

Rooms are a bit dated but cannot ask for more at this price point.

Location, center of the city and if you have a room with balcony , the view is verry nice.

The room: the entrance door didn't close well and you could hear everything in the hallway, the window and the door to the balcony didn't close well, you could hear the outside noise very well. Mess in the bathroom, uncleaned shower. in the corners of the room there was an indescribable dust in two with lint. the bay sewer smelled bad. the walls are so thin that you can hear any noise from the neighbors. The only advantage of this hotel is its location.

Nice location, in the center of Gura Humorului, close to resturants. Has private parking.

The room was not clean, the bedsheets had holes in them and the rug was dirty. Also reception colud have been more welcoming.

Hotel rooms furniture is a little bit eroded, parking is too small, yet I manage to find a parking place

Poor breakfast, no cleaning in the rooms (we stayed for 2 nights), the tv remote didn't work.

Restaurant personal should be more involved

Central location in Gura Humorului. The hotel is a mixture of classy and communist, although great efforts were clearly made to transform a relic it into a really good location, a strong flavor of "authenticity" remains... Well, this may be appealing in its own nostalgic way.GREAT value for the cost, staff was fantastic, room was above my expectations (but I have to admit that my expectations were really low...). Food was good (breakfast in the range of an average 3 stars hotel, "corporate" dinners a bit monotonous, but the one dinner we had on our own in the restaurant was really good). The parking was full most of the time but there were a few additional spaces in a side parking.

Nothing is perfect! We knew and expected that. There were no surprises and overall it was quite satisfactory.

Good base to visit the painted monasteries. Plenty of parking spaces. Different varieties offered for breakfast.

The room felt stuffy probably because of all the dark colour furniture. It is also a little tired and needs refreshing (e.g. lumpy pillow, chipped furniture). Wifi also dropped in and out. Although the restaurant serves quite good food, staff seemed very inefficient and not really paying attention to customers.
