Pensiunea Iristar

All excellent.

They are under construction in the front yard, so pictures on booking.com are not correct, so took a second drive by to realize we were actually at the right site.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff made my stay exceptional. My room was finished to a very high standard and extremely clean.

Tasty food, helpful staff, good location and quite good soundproofing

There's not much to say here except that's a wedding venue/ other events. But it didn't affect us in a bad way. It was nice to witness a wedding and hear some traditional music and see happy people there

Hotel was nice and clean. Very modern. Nice staff, great hotel overall

Skylight blinds in the room were broken,

The area is cool and far end to the city,no things to visit in the area you will have to travel for at list 10-15 min drive to see culture of the city .

Was quiet hotel being a little outside centre.

no lift available - not suitable in future as I find stairs difficult.

Clean and friendly staff

A bit loud the music underneath the room, probably from the restaurant which was under the room, but not too bad

Everything! This was our second time at Iristar, and it seems we can't have enough. The suite was absolutely amazing : clean, comfortable, good design, and a large balcony. The breakfast was quite delicious.

clean room, comfortable for family. Not bad restaurant at the same building.good delicious breakfast and coffee.parking on premises

I'd like to stay here again.Everything is good

The bed and sofa were comfy and clean. Good shower and toilet facilities.Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.Food was great.I'll be back next year.

The light switches in the room were confusing until I realised I needed to be a bit more aggressive with them. Too "modern". A simple on/off rocker would have sufficed. Also, the blue light coming from them right beside the bed at either side was annoying when trying to sleep. Ended up covering those. At least I could work around that. All said, a very minor matter and it wouldn't put me off returning.

Was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The parking is small and when the property has some events (parties, weddings, etc) isn’t sufficient space for everyone.

Wow! Compared to many other places in Romania and from other countries in Europe … just wow! And for such a good price! Everything is new, very very clean, with nice smells everywhere, the food is absolutely delicious … I mean octopus in Bucovina … cooked properly, excuisite taste and good price .. what more could you wish! And the room has everything you could wish for, and more! Highly recommend!

I când nota like a thing becauseof the noise dur to a wedding.

IT îs 3 a.m and the music îs și loud.

Very good design in warm colors, perfect fit with furniture, modern, newly renovated. Good and variated breakfast.

The power shut down for some time.

The hotel, staff, and everything related was great. Large room with everything needed. Tasty breakfast.

I was disappointed because of the very loud wedding which didn't end at 23:00 and guests turned on the music just under my window. I didn't have a chance to sleep well and my son fell asleep far after midnight. It was a crucial moment for me cause my night in Irisrar was a middlepoint to rest during the long road.

Nice and clean room. Nice bed and furniture. Helpful and English speaking staff. Fridge and kettle available in the room. Nice garden.

We stayed here for 4 days. Breakfast was the same every day. Different kinds of jam and cheese can be added. French fries can also be a good alternative.

Modern designDecent breakfast

Parking was possible only after complaining at the reception, but in the end it was providedThere was noise during the night from a closeby party in the same location

Cleanliness 10++++Comfort 10++++Staff 10++++inexplicable cheap pricesEasy access locationFuturistic designed Cool ambiental lightsAutomated lights in rooms and on hallways.

I don't like the fact that I didn't know about this location sooner to take full advantage of it. :))))

Location. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was good

I was worried about parking since the lot was small. but found a place and, in the morning, it was empty.

Very nice and cozy property. Everything is in it’s place. Sparkly clean, comfortable beds and mattresses, very friendly, helpful and professional staff as well in hotel as in restaurant. Very tasty meals and excellent services. Very well sound insulated windows, even that on the street the traffic is quite high, in the room you cannot hear it.Congratulation to owners for such a nice property!

The tv sets are mounted too high on the wall, and the comfort is quite reduced. On the first floor the sound insulation between restaurant and rooms is not the best, and you can hear the ambient music from restaurant in the room, but in the night was quiet.
