Hotel DUKAT

Modern hotel centrally located. Clean. Luxurious. Large room and large bath. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows that I requested already in room when I entered. Breakfast was to order.

Water pressure at bathroom sink and in shower were erratic: sometimes low pressure, sometimes moderate. Temperature was also erratic: sometimes cold, sometimes hot.

very nice hotel, everything was brand new, excellent food from 2 onsite restaurants, highly recommend.

the beds were a bit too hard for us, but it's only a personal preference.

It was clean, with a nice room design, all the facilities were included and it also had a comfortable king size bed

Location was great. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. We chose it because we were transiting Romanian towns and it was near other locations we wanted to see. We were satisfied with the choice.

Beds were really firm. Parking is very limited, so we are glad we checked in early, and didn't drive to another location for dinner, and then have to return. I do not think there would have been any spots left.

Fairly new looking hotel. Restaurant was available which was nice after a long day of travel. Free parking on site! Quiet for sleeping. Clean.

The beds were extremely hard - like sleeping on a piece of wood! Some people may not mind that though.

Few things could be improved: a squeeky bathroom door and the Wifi signal in our room (the last one on the floor) was a bit weak (our mobile devices worked, but the Chromecast we had didn't got enough signal)

A fantastic hotel in all respects. Very comfortable, quiet, extremely high tech and modern. Kind and attentive staff are comfortable in a range of languages, and there is both a restaurant with delicious fancy cuisine, and a bistro for comfort food. Room service is possible. There is a lovely spa and conference facilities, and the convenient central location of the hotel is opposite a police station. A light breakfast is available, with cooked options also.

We stayed here one night in June 2024 in a junior suite. The hotel is located in a quiet street in the centre of town. It has its own parking and has 31 rooms divided over 5 floors with an elevator. The junior suite is great: very spacious with a separate toilet and attached to the bedroom another shower cabin and a large bathtub. Unfortunately not a second sink. The main bathroom is small with only one sink. The room has airconditioning, a minibar and a watercooker. There is even a second pull-down bed for 2 people. The windows can be opened and WiFi is very good. The bed is too hard (it feels like sleeping on the floor) and both showers are disappointing (low water pressure). Lighting is very good but it takes some time to find out how everything works. Despite the help from Reception we were not able to switch on the aircondition. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, excellent value for money and perfect service. Breakfast is simple (no fruit). All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Food service in both restaurants was very slow and staff was on their cell phones a lot. Food was just ok.

Location is really nice, in the City Center, easy to find. Big room with big windows for a nice view. Hotel is clean and staff really nice and helpful when needed. Overall a nice and pleasant stay.

I think the only thing i can say is about the breakfast that could have a bigger selection of food.

Best accommodation in the area by far, and I stayed at all the hotels in the area. Staff was great, asking questions and being hospitable, food is at 5* level and the room was sparkling clean and cozy.

There is nothing to complain at all, I just hope they will keep their standards high, looking forward to return here!
