Nice location, everything seems quite new, inside and outside. Comfy room and excellent breakfast.

This very conveniently located property, right in the middle of Gura Humorului, provides a great base for visiting the Monasteries in Bucovina. It provides on site parking, the breakfast spread is amazing and it has an on-site restaurant with excellent food selections. Definitely recommended and we'll be back, for sure.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

No elevator so we had to carry heathy suitcases up the stairs. Limited parking, reception area very small with no sitting space. Not sure how it’s got 4 stars would expect more from a 4 star hotel

I liked it that it's located right in the center and has a parking place. The breakfast is very good and we ate the biggest portion of ribs I have seen, the tochitura was also very good.

The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants. It’s in close proximity to the painted monasteries so it’s a good base to visit the monasteries.Staff are polite and helpful.

The carpeting has stains. Some of our towels are frayed. The hotel should upgrade the carpeting and the towels.

Located right in the centre of Gura Humorului, you can reach pretty much anywhere by foot. You have parking space available at the hotel for free and we had breakfast included (standard romanian breakfast buffet). The staff was very polite and incredibly kind to us, felt welcomed all the time.

The mini fridges are a bit noisy and you have to unplug them if you want to have a more restful sleep. We told the staff upon our departure and they said many other guests pointed this out and that they will work on replacing them soon.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Great breakfast options. The restaurant is very good, we had dinner several times during our stay. The staff is polite and helpful.

The windows have no insect net installed, which makes it difficult to keep the window open in the evenings. One room was above the restaurant, and we could hear the music and customers. At night it's all right, because it closes after 22h, but not great during the day in case one needs to relax or have a siesta.

The room was nice and clean , the staff was very friendly and helpful .

The hotel is in the centre, I booked it given its proximity to the Ariniș sports complex.There's parking inside (might get crowded for the night), 24h front desk, check in was smooth, the room was spacious and clean, the bed confortable and the breakfast was very good, lots of options, even some local (ex. zacuscă) and freshly baked goodies (ex. croissant, apple pie).The room was spacious enough, the bed is huge and confortable, the bathroom was also clean and equipped pretty well.Their restaurant is also good, I ate there on my arrival and the food was good, very decent portions and reasonably priced, the waiter was helpful and it didn't take very long for the food to arrive.

Breakfast: there maybe could be more and better juice optionsBathroom:- a box of tissues would be a nice touch- water pressure was a constant problem, not so much when brushing teeth or handwash, but when showering, but maybe it's a general problem in the city...?

- Breakfast starts quite late, at 8 am. If you are traveling for business and need to leave early it is very inconvenient.- No elevator so if you have lugagge you have to carry it up the stairs.

location was perfect for visiting Monasteries. Parking was easy. Rooms were spacious. Food in restaurant was very good

Bathroom floors and shower very slippery when wet. With 2 night stay I understand sheets are not changed, only towels were replaced. I think when housekeeping is in the room, they should at least make the bed and straighten the pillows. It does not take much time and would certainly look better when returning to room after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good, but some fruit would be a nice addition.

Our purpose was to visit famous panted monasteries: Moldovita, Voronet, Sucevita and Humor. The Buchenland hotel was out base for two day survey. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good, food in the evening in the hotel restaurant was tasty. So, we can recommend the place. Hotel has a private parking place.

Good value for money, very nice and helpful staff(restaurant and reception), clean rooms, the rooms were just like in the photos. Everything was perfect except the noise from the fridge(we unplugged it because we couldn’t sleep with it)

The location was very good, breakfast was also fine but could be a little bit more bidder, would be better to have more things to choose from.

The waiters in the morning at breakfast could be more attentive to complete the plates when they are empty
