We loved everything--the property, the room, the restaurant, and especially the staff who were all very welcoming and friendly, especially Ana Maria and Promoda (I think? I might have gotten the name wrong) in the restaurant. I hope someone will let them know--they have been exceptional in their service.The location is very convenient for accessing all interest areas, and they have a large parking lot. The room was large, very nice, with a very comfortable bed, a shower and a bathtub.There's also a spa on premise (with a pool and sauna) which can be accessed via reservation.The restaurant had some of the best food we've had, so much so that we chose to eat there every dinner during our stay. The breakfast was also exceptional.And last but not least--the resident cat (Vina) was a special treat for us.All in all, when we'll return to Bucovina we will definitely choose to come back.

Breakfast good, variable. Nice people (at the registration a very nice lady), the room is clean and you have all you need (also coffee machine, tee). Free parking in front of the hotel, and a little spa (2 jacuzzi and one sauna).

Regarding the hotel all was perfect, for the food at the restaurant (steakhouse), I give a -9.

Big room & bathroom: plenty of space, good mattress and big shower.The interior design of the entire location gives a good vibe and coziness.Nice restaurant: we liked our food a lot - highly recommend the cheeseburger & the pork ribs.If you are in need of a massage session- Do not hesitate to book one! The hotel collaborates with a great therapist.

The staff was nice and polite very helpful. We had spa and jacuzzi included in our room price.Restaurant looks really good same as the rooms. Nice real leather everywhere and big comfortable bed.

The problem on our own fault is that we didn t check the actual location of the hotel. It faces a petrol station in front and a big construction site in the back . If you want to go for a hotel with view this isn't it.Second problem was food.i ve ordered some lamb chops and my brother in law pork ribs.Pork ribs tasteless and full of fat barely anything to eat.My lamb chops, I ve ordered them medium-rare but it came raw .Overall I m giving the location 7/10 because the owners really spent a lot of money and it looks nice from outside and inside.if you not bothered about view and maybe I was just unlucky with food maybe give it a try . I won t it's not for me but we re all different and sometimes things go bad.

Hotel is beautiful, as seen in the photos. Great view. Quiet. Restaurant was excellent, my family enjoyed dinner very much.I would recommend this place for couples and families.

No elevator past the 1st floor.Staff was nice but it would have been easier if they all spoke English.

Rooms are a very tasteful mixture or tradition and modernity, the hardwood used in the floors and furniture gives a very warm, cozy and welcoming feeling. Spotless clean, incredible bed, modern appliances. Loved the staff, everyone was professional, friendly and prompt. The food at the restaurant was quite a surprise, very big and tasty portions and great value for money. Wine list was good too. Would definitely go again, highly recommend!

We had a wedding party in the venue just below our room so it was a bit on the noisy side. We slept well as we are heavy sleepers but I am not sure this is fine for everyone, so ask about events if you are booking in the weekend.

We liked the style, the interior design and the garden, the friendly and profesional staff, the cleanliness, the restaurant and the menu, the electric shades of the room and the balcony.

The inn is a little bit too close to a large parking lot for trucks and to the main street.

The location is great, everything is green and the view is magnificent. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The SPA was good too. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Location, fish pond

The location is nice but at the loft the toilet in the second bathroom didn’t worked and we stayed with “things “ and nasty smells because was not advertised that the water is not working. At ground floor was a party and the sound was very powerful. And from top floor room, which was rented to some persons from that party, started to hear how the alcohol started to be released from his stomach.On the breakfast omelette and salad we found a hair. Been asked why we asked breakfast for 4 people when they have just 2 people on the booking… on the email received from booking.com is clear that I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. We prebooked the SPA and when we arrived we found other people using the facility. And supposed to be just for us.

The room was more then I expected, very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, especially the dessert. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality and experience.

Oh my? everything like in the pictures, the room, the spa, the restaurant and the food beyond expectations. I imagine in the summer it’s even better, especially with that view from the balcony.
