Hotel Zamca Suceava

The hotel is 3 stars and the restaurant looks like 3 stars and fensy breakfast, but rooms are old and rather 1 star. One of the ladies that work on recepcion was really nice (the dark haired one with glasses - the others were not nice) and gave me kettle and heater when I asked. Big Lidl is few minutes of walk from hotel.

The cabin for shower was leaking water on the floor. The room is rather shady, but not that bad. The red haired woman on reception was not really nice when I asked something.

But it was cheap, perfect for transit, but not for a leisure stay.The restaurant has a good quotation, and it looks great.The staff - friendly.

We had a standard room, and it was with very old furniture. The bed , a double one had a small size, and was very unstable. The view to the back yard, to the roof. The bathroom has poor conditions.

Loved the place. Small , cozy single room. Quiet, comfortable, all very good. All clean. Internet worked well. Could check-in at midnight, had a flight arriving very late.Was easy to communicate with hotel.Very friendly reception staff.Quiet area, Lidl supermarket nearby, 15 minutes walk to city, 35 minutes walk to central bus stationI tried the a la carte breakfast (not included in rate). It was good, good service Good value for money.

The hotel is really old school, with very basic facilities. But it is super clean and every day there was housekeeping cleaning the room/changing towels. The price was really good as well. And you have a wonderful and delicious restaurant downstairs which we also used as an office during the day. Breakfast was fabulous.

The internet was really slow in the room.

I had to take my son back to his mother and as the journey is long I normally stop over to break the traveling. Zamca is very close to my ex wife's apartment . I like the location, the rooms and the restaurant. The new restaurant has very good international menu and everything was prepared to perfection

Before I used to have breakfast on the garden terrace but that is not available now. I do not think the current breakfast options are so good and affordable

I liked the very comfy bed, the exceptional breakfasts both days, the services in restaurant, the price.

I didn't liked one of the receptionists who was a bit impatient. Also she had mixed up my bill, and the other very kind receptionist had to fix it. The facilities should be changed a bit, because some of them was broken , in the shower , in the room etc. The shower was very narrow.

Nice hotel. A wonderful restaurant. Friendly staff. Very tasty food. Clean, comfortable room. A great combination of price and quality. Stayed here twice. I recommend it.

Very clean, we got there quite late around 1 AM , the receptionist gave us a bottle of water as I had a toddler with me. Room was enough big and clean, we choose the standard double room and it was good value for the money.

The staff was friendly.

Until 7 p.m., I did not have water in my room, and then again in the morning after 10 a.m., there were no possibilitie not only to take a shower but also to wash your hands or go to the bathroom. It is unbelievable not to have such an essential service in a hotel. There was no visible entrance to the hotel, which was full of construction workers doing renovations. If you are renovating and turning off the water, do not sell rooms during that period. The Wi-Fi was very slow and inconsistent. Clients should know this in advance.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, good and cosy restaurant with a nice terrace, tasty food and good drinks. Breakfast was good too.

Furniture requires renovation, old shower cabin, bed coverings have holes.

Great Location. Large rooms. Staff was very helpful.

Very cozy, spacious,stylish and fresh looking room. Very nice staff, cozy bed and each day cleaning service. We stayed here for 5 days and felt like home. We liked breakfast a la cart and in the restaurant and dinners with various tasty local dishes and live music there. The food in their restaurant is much better than we tried in other places in that town.

It was quiet, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The restaurant terrace was brilliant, and the food was very tasty .Good value for the price.Thank you.

The room needs to be a little bit updated . It was nice, but it looks a little bit old.The shower cabin is a little bit small and the shower itself needs to be fixt to work properly.

There is no elevator

Having an outside terrace near the forest is a plus.

The photos advertised on booking.com lookmuch better than what you find in reality. The hotel looks better on the outside than inside. Air conditioner not working. Also, at 8.45 in the morning next day they started drilling in the wall which made the whole experience unpleasant.

Clean room, full complect of amenities and cosmetic products, nice furniture. Fast wireless internet. Easy check-in.

Hot running water was missing sometimes. There is a railroad nearby, you may be disturbed by sounds of passing trains.

They make fake marketing, and the rooms don't look like in the picture I found bucks in the room and very dirty.
