AQUARIUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The rooms are very cosy and we had a great view of the river and beautiful winter scenary of the park near it. Private parking. Food was delicious with a diverse and different menu from the usual. 10-15 minutes drive away from winter-sports (ski, board, sledge)Pool and sauna clean and welcoming, decent room to fulfill basic swimming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us with wife birthday (cake, music) and luggage even after check-out. Definitely recommend and will come back next time. 10/10

Not many options for breakfast.Not many options for food in the restaurant.The check-in starts at 3 pm and checkout at 9 am. The manager is a bit arrogant. We arrived at 14:45 and had to walk the stairs with luggages and baby stroller only to see that the hotel door was locked and nobody was there. The cleaning staff opened the door after 3 minutes and attempted to start the checkin also called this manager which mentioned to us when he arrived that the the checkin starts at 3.There are a lot of stairs from the parking place to the hotel door and a ramp is missing. We have been told that building a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers was suggested many times by tourists but never took action. In the evening we went to the spa and at the pool area there was no light and was a bit dark. The manager was there having a massage and he noticed me asking a staff member if there is a light that can be opened since the pool area is pretty dark and the manager said that there is a light that he will turn it on after the massage but never did.So basically more light to the pool area was. Too much for his massage and would have ruined the vibe.

I liked the location

I didn't like that the walls were thin,and you could hear everything.. also the spa was useless because everytime it was full with shouting kids..The bed was very uncomfortable..

I liked the cleanliness, attitude and professionalism of the staff.

breakfast could have been more varied

Everything was excellent. The room and bathroom are very large and nice decorated.

Too hot in the room. We couldn’t stop the heat and we had to stay with the window opened. Either way it was a nice stay, I would definetelly repeat the experience.

Very nice welcome with personal and individual flair at the reception and in the restaurant. Restaurants lies above the water and is very cosy.

Clean and comfortable hotel, located in the heart of the town. Really nice breakfast and lovely staff!

Unfortunately we couldn’t avail of the outdoor pool due to the weather not being favourable. However the indoor pool is clean and warm and a great size !

Great service, excellent atmosphere, spacious room, very good food

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and all very clean.

I couldn’t get my window (sky light) open nor could the young lady working there, so my room was very warm. I could not get the air conditioner to work well either.

New, clean, quiet, fresh and quality breakfast and lunch, very good and clean SPA, free supervised parking .

Clean and modern place, with tasty foods and nice SPA facilities.

-The temperature in the room was 26.5 degrees even with no heating turned ON. I had to leave the window open most of -the time because I couldn't sleep. But leaving the window open has its disadvantages...-The food is too expensive, but there is a very nice restaurant at 5 minutes walk (same quality, but less money for it)

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything is perfect. The spa, the rooms, the staff. It is our choice when we go to Campulung.

Breakfast was okay.. they should change the menu a bit.. add some croissants?

Too many people from outside came to the pool and was way too busy.. selling glass bottle beers next to the inside and outside pool!?!?
