The room was large and clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The facility and cleaning very good. Very well heated room.

The food is mediocre to bad.

The hotel has an odd location a short way outside Gura Humorului beside a main road next to a truck depot, but as long as you have a car that's no problem. It's built on a large impersonal scale, the dining room is huge and characterless, but I had a reasonable dinner there. The rooms are large and it's a convenient and good value place for a short stay.

It's fine for what it does.

it did not have a pool or jacuzzi, so with only sauna it s not really a Spanot very good on the savory food

Room was big and with good lighting. Balcony was also big and had chairs. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot was big and you could find a place anywhere to park. Hotel restaurant had very good food (traditional food, wine).

Bathrobes were not provided in the room. I am sure if we asked they would have been provided.The balcony would require a small table.

I really think breakfast should start earlier than 8 a.m. There are a lot of activities to do in the area and they all start in the morning.

The hotel staff was excellent, and the establishment was exceptionally clean. The room layout was impressive and exceeded expectations for a four-star hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the dinner menu featured delicious cuisine.

The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient, and there was no mirror in the room. Additionally, there was no iron or ironing board, and there were no details provided to guide us to any attractions in the area that we could visit.

A/C, and steam Room didn't work as advertised. A/C seems to be an issue across the nation, and perhaps a cultural preference/ideology.

The room was big and cosy, the spa facilities were very nice and the breakfast was very good

We liked room size and excellent breakfast, with choices from local dishes.Reception staff really nice and helpful.

Air conditioning system was failing-dripping, not delivering set temperature - we had to open windows throughout the night- 23 degrees during the night.We had dinner in the evening in hotel's restaurant: a la carte options poorly explained - we had to ask the waiter what the dishes were maid of. I'm not surprised other clients complained of lack of English menus.Not impressed with food quality.Restaurant staff could've done a better job promoting the local cuisine.

The hotel didn’t have a swimming pool but it was a variety of sauna. After we used the sauna we wanted to take a shower but the hot water wasn’t hot enough it was more warm….

The rooms are very big and comfy, good food and very clean. We will come back definitely.

The noise from the Main Street
