KOKO HOTEL Tomakomai

We used this hotel becaused we were stuck in the airport nearby by the snow storm. We were lucky to reserve this hotel by internet, because almost all the hotels were full due to flight cancellation. The staff showed us a nice meat restaurant.

I chose this hotel specifically for the location to the ice rink. And it was the perfect distance from the station to the ice rink. The breakfast variety was pretty good. They also included little notes to announce certain event food or coffee. They also had little details that made the stay really warm. The staff, the little amenity buffet on the first floor, and also a drink selection near reception.

The hotel itself seems a bit dated, but it’s not a big deal at all.

What impressed me most was the breakfast, which was very delicious and healthy.The room wasn't as good as I expected, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and dust-free.All staff is very helpful.

The lighting in the hallway was rather dim.

The free breakfast was the best part of the stay

Nice little business hotel. We had a nice sleep except the aircon was not working at night. Other than that, everything was lovely.

No welcome drink (if I understand correctly). Parking building looks dirty. Hotel room is quite dated.

The breakfast is the absolute star of this accommodation. Given the reason for us to stay in Tomakomai is to catch the Taiheiyo ferry down to Sendai. We just happy to have the opportunity to visit this port city.

It's a well established hotel, which means bit aged. The heating is centrally set, and no possibility of opening even slightly small gap of our window for a bit of fresh air.

Good value. Nice breakfast. Shower, sink, and toilet were all separate, which was very convenient for us and a nice change from the usual Japanese budget-hotel setup. We plan to go to Tomakomai again later this year and will definitely stay there again.

Very early date for non-free-cancellation option

This is a very tastefully done hotel, with good divisions in the bathroom, so two or more people can use different facilities at the same time. The hotel room was also big, and they accommodated our request for a non smoking room quite easily. Breakfast is also good, and they have vegetarian options available.

Staffs are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good !

Good business hotel. Perfect for one night stop. Good value for money.Well located as well. we choose this hotel because it was near LAKE SHIKOTSU, Ainu National Museum and the Chitose airport.

Not much comments since we stayed one night only coz its close to the airport, just 20mins with 7800yen by taxi to airport New Chitose.

Laundry facilities and a nice breakfast. Also, there was a bicycle I could borrow and occasionally an umbrella on a rainy day.
