Great location and atmosphere.

Our cabin was right next to the lake, very beautiful scenery and peaceful environment, staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast variety and quality could be better, was surprised for the additional charge for the breakfast to be sent to the cabin

The hotel is on beautiful grounds very near the airport , with very nice staff.

Beautiful surroundings, very nice cozy cabin. Shame to have had to miss the breakfast because of early flight, am sure that would have been great too

Love the cabin! I didn't expect it to be an entire cabin. Very spacious. Actually too big for the 3 of us but I'm not complaining! The staff, although can speak limited English, are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even packed us breakfast since we left very early in the morning. As well, they adjusted the time of their shuttle bus to get us to the airport early. The service I got was amazing!

The only thing I didn't like is the location. This is my first time in Japan. The hotel is way farther than I thought. There's no nearby restaurant to have dinner. The hotel has restaurant but the price is way beyond my budget.

The staff on the property was extremely nice and very accommodating. The chauffeur service was very timely and very helpful with luggage. Highly recommend

Make sure to have a taxi available to be able to get to the hotel when you arrive at CTS, it may be hard to make it to the hotel if you do not have this scheduled

The cabins were all beautiful and the estate was stunning. The level of service by the staff was very high tier and we felt like we were getting the royal treatment. Both the room service and breakfast was delicious.

The description said there's a shuttle bus to and from the airport, but they don't specify the times they operate. So I had to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel at 9pm as they only run until 5pm

Lovely cottages on an incredibly beautiful property with very kind, courteous staff.

The kitchenette was sparse.

Cottage vibes. One with the nature. View. The cute staff who helped arranged and delivered something we dropped off.

Houses in the middle of a forest with no cars around is just amazing. Nice wooden cottages which are spacious and comfortable. Amazingly helpful staff.

The access from the road where the van drops you off is gravekl. No real way to bring suitcases into your cottage.

The environment is good, well maintained outdoor, a mini forest with a river

Food is terrible, way below expectation, what a waste of the excellent Hokkaido produce. The chef should reflect why even breakfast is so so, bacon not crispy, plating looked real sad. we ordered the most expensive Wagyu beef and crab dinner set, nothing is good, super disappointing. White wine is not chilled enough, waiter not professional, did not even ask us to try before serving since we ordered a full bottle.

Peaceful tranquil resort. Next to Nidom Classic Golf course.

French food so so. Japanese dinner was good ! No onsen and sauna opens only from 2pm.

The breakfast was a set menu. Ordered the Japanese set. It was delicious.The shuttle service and personalize staff service was outstanding. The seclusion of the resort with an adjacent golf course was fabulous. Beautiful weather!

The Onsen hours could have been better applied. This means having morning hours to visit. One of our two toilet did not properly function. The bidet control were not aligned. There is no public transportation to the facility. It could be improved.

The hotel was located in a beautiful and serene tree-laden environment. Our cottage overlooked the lake and was very comfortable.
