Cons -
- The food was beyond bad. The breakfast buffet service was nice. The menu needs work. Offering nice salads and healthy meals is an easy thing to do.Unfortunately we did not have a decent meal for lunch or dinner.
- Nothing. Struggles to find anything wrong.
- Dinner was great but pretty expensive. I was a bit disappointed with breakfast (lack of choice of breads...).Lighting in the bedroom could be improved.

The design is awesome and atypical, loved it. Location and view are amazing. The room is very large and comfortable. Fireplace is the icing on the cake.Staff was very kind and helpful.

I liked how kid friendly it is, my 3 and 4 year old had the times of their lives on the skate ramp, jacuzzi, trampolines, freely being able to bang on the piano, running around the grounds, and even just playing in the rooms
The staff were basically all kids and the service was not great. The bartender in particular was rude to us on several occasions and the girl who organizes the activities was also rude and not helpful at all. I didn't like the breakfast or the restaurant prices, also didn't like that the rooms did not have refrigerators and then when we asked them to refrigerate a bottle of wine for us we got met with attitude from the aforementioned bartender.
Absolute recommended for families with kids. Location beautiful. Staff very approachable and helpful. Sports facilities and program top. The overall vibe chill - while respectful and classy. Could not have hoped for more. Big thanks to the team that made my wife’s birthday an unforgettable with surprise picnic at the beach.
Staff are lovely, so kind are always ensuring there's never an issue. The space is so well designed, not only the main building with the infinity pool and open plan looking over it (and the sea), but also the bungalow huts on the slope capturing the sun. One of the best eco-architectural hotels I've come across. The classes are a lot of fun too - not least liquid balance!
Very cool decor. Lots of good facilities. Delicious breakfast. Some lovely staff.
The lunch/supper wasn’t as good as we’d hoped, it was very salty and a bit hit and miss. Staff were quite inflexible and strict about lots of things - such as timings of private surf lessons, checking towels/water bottles in and out, functional training where there weren’t many smiles! I think the decor is relaxed but they could be a bit more so with the service.
Really good breakfast, good selection of food (lunch/dinner), very friendly, polite and happy staff. Really good instructors for surf, yoga
Noah surf house is a beautiful place with beautiful, warm-hearted people. The whole stuff is so so friendly and cute! The view is amazing and the food is delicious!
Nothing to conplain!
- They included activity programs for guests and breakfast. - Friendly staffThe restaurant food was excellent, especially the steak for two and the fish and rice soup. We couldn't go out because we had some rainy days, but the good hotel restaurant food made it feel better.
We didn't like the wooden shower floor. Visually, it looked old, and it smelled a little bit.
The pool was pretty but there is no proper shade - as with nearly everything at the hotel it is style over substance. The furnishings in the main areas are nice - and it makes for a cool atmosphere - it’s just lots of their ideas are not that practical it would seem.
The rooms were like fishbowls. You could see right in both day and night from the carpark, pavement, and street. To get any privacy you had to close the blinds - and the room then felt even more like a shipping container. There’s no air con - as they are eco (although they have used loads of concrete to create it ironically) It might be fine if you were 4 teenagers but this isn’t a hotel for people who like nice hotels. 2 of the staff were good. The rest didn’t know much (where can we walk? “Don’t know” - wait till my colleague comes at 10) and clearly as it’s not functioning as many hotels has weird systems like signing for towels or signing for a teabag for your room (our room had a kitchen - no kettle - you had to use a saucepan on the hob and no tea and coffee provided. )
Noah's is an all encompassing hotel "ecosystem" for families of all types who want to get active on the surf coast. The smart property tumbles down the cliff above the beach with multiple terraces and a really social vibe. We stayed for a couple of nights. It felt like you are part of a kind of social club, staff and other guests are quite social and there is loads to do. The deck pool and hot tub are great.Surf lessons were awesome with great teachers.Would stay again.
I think the food is 8/10 but still with a little bit of room for even more improvement - nit picking.I must confess, I wished there had been a TV in the room to connect our fire stick to! :-)
We had a wonderful time at Noah Surf House. It's a unique place, the staff was wonderful, and it was great to get involved in the activity schedule, which had something for everyone. We stayed in a Mar & Cook Bungalow, it was really clean and well appointed with a fab view.
Pool, restaurant and bar were all lovely, the room was unique, nice to have a gym and classes on site.
We loved our stay at Noah Surf House. It was so chilled and had the most gorgeous views and food. Our kids loved the yoga classes and activities. We’ll definitely be back!
We loved everything about it!
The vibe and the relaxed luxury feeling
We were a bit surprised about the location. The picture made it look like it was situated more privately. When in reality the hotel is next to the road and the bungalow was next to a parking lot and a camping area that sort of diluted the sea view. I would prefer to been made aware of this by showing pictures of this. It didn’t really matter because the hotel itself is great. But I was indeed surprised about this and first I thought the Uber had taken us to a wrong address.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, lay back vibe. Perfect for surfers and families.
Staff is personable and willing to go the extra mile.
Exceptional. Fabulous breakfasts. Large, well appointed rooms with very flexible sleeping arrangements for our large family group of adult children! Well located for surfing, skateboarding, swimming & chilling. ( although the surf wasn’t great during our stay!) Lovely rooftop terrace. Stunning interior design. Fantastic staff - very friendly, welcoming & incredibly helpful & prepared to ‘go the extra mile’. Great cocktails & sundowners.
The in-house menu is relatively expensive, compared to prices ‘just outside’ .. it is double the price. We noticed this more, being a group of 8 rather than just a couple. But the food is good & the service exceptional, so you make your choices!
A surfer, skater, earth lover paradise! The service, decor, facilities, and activities were fantastic. We only stayed 2 nights and wished we would have stayed for a week.
It would be nice if the pool was warmer but appreciate the energy efficiency with solar powered heating. Maybe a solar heating cover for the pool at night would be an eco friendly way to help retain/heat up the pool for the day use. Yet, we were there when the temperature was mild, and on a hot day the cold pool would be refreshing.
