- In my room the washbasins were near the bed, which doesn't make any sense. If one of the travelers wakes at different time, he will for surely wake the other. Also, the chairs in the room were very stylish, but not comfortable at all.
- Safe from one room was locking and we were unable to open without staff help.
- Some of the pool area was a bit tired. There was a crack in one of the hot tubs. Lots of noisy kids in the pool.

We got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you a lot for the generous suprise. Rooms were big . Scenario was great. Very clean. Spa was impeccable. Breakfast was way too good. Alot of fruits and alot of options. Staff were very nice and polite. Thank you so much for the offer and Price was really good . Hope to see you again
The pool area could use some sprucing up with new chairs, better flooring. The stream room was broken.
Everything was great.We love this place because it is quiet and cozy.We had a great time at the SPA with our 4 year old son.The breakfast was magical.The staff is very friendly and willing to respond to requests.

The sauna and the indoor pool were great! The gym was very well equipped and the breakfast was delicious! The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The fact that the room had a heater to dry our towels was very practical.

Bistro Bar could have a bit more options but it's enough for some quick snacks and drinks.
We have been there for at least 5 times. It has a good location, good quality, excelente breakfast and a good price. I am not sure why it has only 3 stars but i Guess its because it doesnt have dinner in the restaurant. I am not sure if this is why it has only 3 stars, because in the first times (3 years ago) I saw people having dinner there. For me is for sure, at least, 4 stars. I travel a lot and this is one of the hotels that i like most.

gorgeous breakfast! good location close to the ocean beach and cozy fields around with channel crossing hills. Spa area is small but functional.

Everything was wonderful. I had such a nice and spacious room and a big comfortable bed for myself. I definetly would go back. The wellness was perfect and the gym is equipped, they have everyting! The breakfast was the best thing ever.
The water pressure in my room was not so good but i can live with it.
The staff. Claudia was super friendly. She accommodated breakfast for me at 6.30am because I had to leave for a competition. The spa. All incredible. Bathrobe for the spa. Coffee service in the room. Top!
