Someone stole us our tablet samsung galaxy and the Nintendo 3ds from our kids. Be careful of you go there, lock your luggage and your door ! Don't let your luggage at the reception or it can be "visited"....
Manager spoke excellent English and answered all my queries.The receptionist (a young and energetic woman) and I communicated via a phone application .She was friendly and helpful. I had to change my travel plan due to an emergency .The manager offered me a refund.I wish Pharma hotel the very best!Icing on the cake Pharma hotel is located very close to the town center.

This is not a good place for foreigners. They try to help you, but they don‘t know any English.
If you like stonehard mattresses it's just a perfect hotel. But for me mattresses like those are torture
