Good central location, excellent staff, value for money

Hot choices at breakfast were cold. There was little sound proofing between rooms so you could hear the people next door.

Location

I was bitten by bed bugs on my leg and arms the first night and I couldn’t rest in peace the second night knowing the bed bugs would have a feast again that night.

The location is perfect.

It took 2/3min for hot water to come out of the shower as the room was a bit far from the source of hot water

Its locate and staff are nice and friendly

I don’t like the breakfast. The room was not cleaned enough, it has smell

Location could honestly not be better, not only is the hotel located within the city center but it’s only a 5min walk to the central bus station. Room and facilities are modern and clean. Breakfast offers a vast variety of options - nothing to complain about at all ☺️?

Set check-in time at 4pm with no real options to get into your room earlier - just something to be aware of if you’re arriving super early ?

Nice food, clean space, secure and well taken care of. For the price given, this is actually a really good choice in terms of quality/outcome. Super recommend this.

Nothing bad.

Very well located close to the bus station, commercial center, pedestrian walkway, and restaurants and cafes. Quiet. Excellent deal.

All was very clean.

The room smelled a lot of bleach and breakfast was something to improve. Some products were not good. The fruit was good.p

I liked that the staff were very friendly and obliging. We had bicycles which were kept in a store room at ground level, it seemed to me that there were procedures in place to ensure the safety of our bikes and anyone else's stuff. I was impressed with that. Breakfasts were good.Location central. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Good place in the center of the city for spending a night or two! The hotel had breakfast, which was very useful, especially if you are traveling with children. There was no problem with parking on the nearby streets.

The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were nice, but a bit green in welcoming the guests, a bit of lack of professionalism .Another guest was entering into my room,which shouldn't be happening! And I had the not disturb sign outside the door. Management should be more careful with that!

It was very central and with a good walking distance It was clean and the breakfast was decent. The AC was great

The location

- Hotel refuses to give an invoice, which is mandatory by law.- Cleaning lady entered our room early in the morning without knocking at the door. Didn't even apologise.- During the night, whenever another guest opened or closed their room door, our door would slam and make noise as if someone was trying to enter (this happened throughout the night).- The breakfast was terrible. The small room was packed with no seats available. The food was very limited (there were only toast, ham, cheese, eggs, and beans to eat) and it was constantly running out, leaving the trays empty.

Not perfectly clean and the beds were terribly uncomfortable, as well as the pillows.

The staff (a young man) went above and beyond for us. The location is great. Room and toilet size and facilities were fine.

Every hotel room had a lot of hair in the bed. It's not that the linens were nor washed, but they weren't cleaned properly. After changing a few rooms we gave up and slept with different kinds of hairs in our bed.

The balcony did not allow a view and the view from the other window was inexistent. There was no parking for the car and the area is not easy for parking.
