Hotel Caldas Internacional

Good location, ample parking

Toiletrie pumps in the shower were not working. Informed cleaning lady and nothing done.

Disappointing

The hotel is still under major refurbishment. Build8ng work going on everywhere. Closed restaurant still. No proper front entrance.....

It Was OK... but SET UP is weird

When arriving no TV nor WiFi upon returning later tv was working but realized that the tv's are like 15" computer screens and the Wifi was kinda weak .

Easy find, good location, good parking

bath room in quite bad shape, breakfast quite poor selection

I like the breakfast and staff service. Staff cant speak English but very nice and helpful.

The location is not near the train or bus station; you must take Uber. There is no bus to the hotel.

Location was important to me because of work. Parking was a big bonus but nowhere to eat in walking distance apart from Mc Donalds. Price for the room was good to be fair. Doubt I would ever return again.

Receptionist was joyless and made conversation very awkward to put it kindly. She chose the wrong job to be in. Room had a smell of dampness. Breakfast selection could have been better. Views from room were non existent.

The room is large and clean . Has Wi-Fi. Bathroom is large, clean and comfortable . Breakfast was good and staff is friendly

It is a little outdated ... the beds are small individual and mattress is old but was able to sleep ok

Clean rooms, good shower etc.7 min walk to townParking availableGood size rooms

The room was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that the towels were replaced on the 2nd day. Everything was clean. It was great having parking.

The door to the balcony is hard to open and close. I would have liked a salad with breakfast (but maybe I'm being too 'demanding', since breakfast was indeed well served).

Location is walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast bar was OK (could improve). WiFi problems at first once fixed it word perfectly.

Grounds and balcony of my room was not the cleanest, fountains on the grounds were not well maintained. Breakfast was bearly adequate. Need to add eggs or other warm/hot foods.

Very friendly hairdresser!

the breakfast was very bad, no variety in the food offer, dirty rooms and dirty corridors, the elevator and other parts of the hotel, the room smelled, the balcony was dirty and unmaintained, you had to open the balcony door with difficulty. After breakfast, you couldn’t get anything, no coffe, no drinks…

Clean, comfortable, location .The restaurant at the hotel car park is a bonus. Delicious and a variety of buffet at good price

Great location within walking distance to the city centre. Lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets around. Large room with comfortable beds. Nice for a 1 night stay.

The hotel needs serious renovation: the windows in our room were hard to open and there are clear signs of wear and tear in most areas. The swimming pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. And even though our room was apparently clean, we found a cockroach....

Depends who was on duty friendly and helpful

Facilities none like pool as closedBar selective hours and drinksRestaurant closedBreakfast poor

Our stay was very pleasant, though only one night. Our Covid breakfast was delivered on time, and was very good. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the city and local beaches.

Pleasant

Old furniture.... smelly

Buffet style and very good.

A menu for the evening meal. It gave us what we wanted

Good breakfast with many options

pleasant and clean good value for the price

Staff great, plenty of car parking
