The entire state was phenomenal. The only thing I could say it was even slightly off was a little bit of mold in the shower grout

The hotel’s location is excellent. Close to downtown and in a very walkable area. The hotel itself is well kept and very clean.

Super clean, modern, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, fantastic location.

Thin walls. I woke up at 1am because I could hear the TV in the room next to mine.

Staff were all exceptional. We were upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location is right across from the park which is exactly where we wanted to be. Easy walking to all of downtown. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is across the street from the park and just a few blocks from the old part of the city with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and even had a heated mirror to keep it from getting fogged up. One thing took us a minute to figure out, though - you have to use one of the room key cards in small device on the wall to make the power come on.

We've been staying at Sana Silver Coast ever since it first opened. The AC worked well. Parking in the basement of a shopping mall is a plus. Rooms come with a bidet.Heated mirror in the bathroom kept it from fogging up.

The standards have dropped significantly. Does anyone even care? Anyone? We asked for a kettle and got one with a rusted burnt coil. A guest posted some pictures on another travel site in March/April. Clearly, no action was taken. Next came the iron and ironing board. The iron had mold in the steam holes and was dirty, as was the ironing board (dirty and torn). Breakfast sausages come from a can/bottle. Portugal is known for their great sausages. Why not offer something authentic?There are no sockets in the bathroom (not even for a shaver). We did not get any water (I think only on the first day). There aren't any USB sockets either.There was a write-up in the room placed on the bed about traditional sweets. Normally, the sweets/cookies accompany the message. This time, nothing, just the message.There aren't any amenities in the room apart from shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. These used to be there before.2nd day, we did not get any hand towels The previous parking validation system was better. The new one gave us problems. Other guests had similar issues as well.When we stay at hotels, it should feel like the staff at least care. What happened to the hospitality? It was there once but severely lacking now.

Booking.com representation of suite having a sofa bed was inaccurate which led to issues with check-in. Reception staff were helpful in getting this resolved but we had to ultimately rent two rooms.

Nice comfortable room.There was a minor issue, but they were quick to solve it, and gave us a discount.Hospitable staff.The breakfast has lots of variety, and everything is good.

You have to be careful. If the room name has "double/twin", even if you then select that you want a double bed, it might not be available, and you end up getting a twin.

Breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable . Staff was accommodate.

Shower / Tub glass leaked water on floor .Not able to have dinner on site because large bus group was there.

Great location, parking nearby in the shopping mall next door. Nice park across the street. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast and friendly staff. A good place to stay if you need a layover.

Pillows were too squishy.

Dissapointing

The Receptionist when I did the cheek in. She wasn't available and she wasn't kind.The bathroom was not totaly clean.There was too many noise from the street inside the room.

No complaints

We loved our stay. It was very rainy weather and it was so nice having a central location to come and go from. We had just come from a bad experience at an AirBNB and we were overjoyed when we walked into the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was very good. I even enjoyed strolling the mall right next door when the rain was to much to go outside - not something I normally do when in vacay to Europe but I enjoyed it and bought some lovely clothes. We loved our stay.
