Brilliant staff on check-in, sorted a problem for us. Nice room, super breakfast.

The location was great close to highway but very peaceful and near to the city of Caceres. Rooms were very spacious.breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, restaurant had good selection, pool area and pool bar were great and very helpful and friendly staff.

We wanted a hotel outside the city so this hotel was perfect for us, very quiet and restful yet the city was a short drive away. Some travelers might be disappointed in the location if they were looking for a hotel directly in town.

The room was very comfortable. Staff is nice.

Room access had some stairs which was bad for a baby stroller. Few pool chairs. The breakfast has quality, but quite limited variety.

The building is a beautiful architectural structure, very well rennovated and maintained. The rooms have 15 foot arched ceilings. The indoor spa is a wonderful treat on really hot days when everything is shut down for siesta. The outdoor pool is like a miniature lake, fed by ground water. The staff are attentive and food facilities are good quality. Parking is convenient. Would highly recommend to those traveling by car as there is easy access to the city with the benefit of a retreat to get away.

The hot and cold breakfast is wonderful. Little more variability in the staple items would be nice for those who come for longer stays.

you needed to have a car because it is not close to anything walkable

Nothing. Only slight comment would be being put in the restaurant annexe as opposed to the main restaurant lacked a little atmosphere.

We travelled with small kids, didn’t seem to be their target audience. Diner in the cafeteria was ok but way too pricey for the quality. We diced to have breakfast in the nearby city

Very friendly helpful staff, extremely comfortable bed and lovely room - the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the food delicious. Fantastic location just off the main road coming back up through Spain - about half way from south to north coast. Our second stay, and looking forward to coming back. Also really dog friendly.

We stay at this beautiful hotel every year on our trip to Spain. It is spotlessly clean, big, comfy rooms.Great staff, and peaceful surroundings, with storks sitting on their nests. Lovely walk around hotel in countryside. Also dog friendly Highly recommended. Spa fabulous too.

Easy to find location on our drive towards Seville Some people might find it too isolated from Cáceres. We only had an overnight stay and we were aware of countryside location.Classy restaurant, food very good.

Our stay absolutely exceeded all expectations. We brought our dog Ozzie and he was greeted with a comfy bed and a tasty treat on arrival! The availability of a back door to go for walks was also amazing. We ate with our dog at the taberna and we can’t recommend the burgers enough! Thanks again for the stay! We will be back!

The location is perfect for our journey to and from Portugal. The hotel is easily accessed from the N-521. The hotel staff are lovely and we travel with a small dog which is also accommodated. There are two restaurants on site. The "pub/cafe" food is very good and the restaurant has some "amazing" dishes and the fish was spectacular. The dog is allowed in the main restaurant in the solarium. The bed was so comfortable that my husband and I overslept the next day as we obviously needed the rest! We love this hotel and next time need to arrive a little earlier to try the spa treatments!

Not sure why the dog is not allowed in the pub/cafe. That appears to be at the discretion of the staff on the day.

First class hotel in an excellent location. Attention to detail was exceptional, and all the staff were very professional, attentive, and helpful. The Spa was very welcome after a very long drive. Dinner in the restaurant is recommended.
