The receptionist was excellent - she could not have been more helpful. As I had to leave at 6am in the morning she prepared a sandwich for my journey. Such kindness.
Great location a few steps from the old town and plaza major. Quaint, old style Spanish hotel but more than adequate for my one night in town. Shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
Met my expectations in full.
Location was perfect for the old Town.Parking garage was very close and good value with reduction for hotel stay.
Pre paid breakfast was a bit haphazard as was in the bar area. Not very clear what you were entitled to from the menu. Only allowed 1 cup of coffee !...had to pay for a second..
Great location close to all the sites, lovely lively cafe. Reception staff were very friendly and facilitated transfer of Camino rucksacks. Rooms were warm.
Bathroom facilities were cramped and could benefit from upgrade.
Location was good for nearby plaza. Handy having cafe on site but unfortunately on second night of stay cafe was shot due to a water leak
It was a little noisy but that was mainly due to a noisy family next door. Several of the light fittings were faulty/dangerous for example one bed side light had a piece of wire holding the on/off switch in place. Parking cost adds to overall cost.
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and accommodating.
No possibility to park in front of hotel to offload luggage and our cats. Very noisy and the rooms could use an update.
The location is very good, just a short walk to the old city (castle). All shops and restaurants are around. Breakfast is Spanish: croissant and sandwich, nice but you leaving half-hungry
It was pretty cold in the room, central heating was off and we used AC to heat but it was not sufficient. Room had a smell of cigarettes. Breakfast is served in cafe and was actually not bad, but the server in the cafe was extremely rude for no apparent reason
The staff we're very helpful and nice. Very charming hotel in the city center with parking safe parking one block away. I really like the l9cation and how charming the hotel was. They also allowed pet's.
The lights in the bathroom only worked part of the time but I think they just needed to change the light bulbs. I informed the front desk so hopefully they made a maintenance request. We only stayed one night so we moved a light fixture from the bedroom to the bathroom to make it work for us.
excellent front office staff. very accepting of dogs and a nice restaurant bar in the lobby.
Good location, barely 5 mins away from the Plaza Mayor and the old city. Good price. Beds are comfortable enough, and rooms were clean. The cafeteria is simple but cheap, and breakfast savoury toasts are really nice with ham and tomato.
Street can be very noisy until 9-10 pm, and rooms aren't exactly big.
Really nice and great value food available in cafe attached ?
Climbing up and down hilly slopes in town getting to our room
Clean, friendly and attentive staff located in a nice area.
The convenience of the hotel and parking and it's location to old town excellent
The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Plaza Mayor.
The room was extremely small. There was practically no space to hang up a jacket or a pair of pants. However, the main problem is that is was extremely noisy. At night one could hear the snoring of the person in the next room. Lots of activity in the hallways at night, so it was barely possible to sleep.
We really enjoyed our stay.It was a very comfortable apartment and everyone made our little dog very welcome. Good location to walk into the centre of town and very close to the car park.
Location and parking all convenient, staff friendly and facilities comfortable.
Would have preferred a double bed but it's only one night. No big deal.
We are a family of 4 the room was big enough for us with 2 bathrooms and very clean.
