Great location and very clean

Very small room. When I called to ask about parking the woman who answered pretended not to speak English. However when I actually got to the hotel she was able to understand and answer quite well.

Good value for money to stay one night

Location breakfast and comfort. Desk staff friendly and accommodating.

Restaurant and upper deck and bar closed. Should have been discounted price.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historical area, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. We really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, varied, and nicely presented.

The only downside was getting to the hotel – the Google Maps directions were incorrect and took us to a dead-end street, which was quite confusing.

Shower head holder broken, shower tap broken, internet didn't work, aircon didn't work. And then the lift to the underground car park broke. What a dump. Never again. I'm avoiding the whole chain from now on.

A clean, decent-sized room with a big comfy bed and a fairly big TV. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The hotel was very close to the Old Town and not too tar from the bus station.

Central location not far from Plaza Mayor. Helpful staff, big and comfortable room.

The breakfast restaurant location had a terrible atmosphere, and the food variety was small.

Very nice hotel, just around the corner from the historic center. The room was modern and spacious. There is a parking garage, but access is through a lift, so you have to park in front and then check in. The outer doors are opened by the staff when you pull up. If they are full, there is a public parking garage further down the street.

Parking spots were a little tight, but that's kind of expected.

Comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent location with affordable, nearby parking garage. Just a few steps away from Cáceres' historic center. We loved it!

Perfect stay except for a cleaning incident that stained our experience

Unfortunately, we found a (pressumably) used condom in bed. It probably got stuck in the bed sheets during a previous cleaning and got washed with the laundry. Despite how disgusting this is, I understand it can happen. I would've expected something beyond an apology by the hotel staff. For instance, they could've waived the parking fee. Lost opportunity for them. My review would've gone from 1 to 5+.

Nice hotel located well were town with restaurants and shops. Could do with updating.

No restaurants or bar open

The hotel is located just outside the historical centre of Cáceres at walking distance from the main square and all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It has a very nice terrace with a great view over the old city. Unfortunately, in winter it was closed but when the season is good there is a restaurant there. Our room was spacious and also had a nice terrace, even if the view was on the opposite side of the city.

Rooms were large and clean.

The hotel was like the Marie Celeste - no bar staff, nowhere to relax other then bedroom.

Easy to find. Very easy underground parking. It is very convenient for Caceres centre. Pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Bar and restaurant not open, so a little too quiet.

Nice size room comfortable bed fridge stocked was never asked when I checked out if I used anything from fridge bathroom had shampoo conditioner shower gel and body lotion

Not a thing if I go back to caceres would most likely stay in same hotel as very near main square and attractions

The location was perfect and there was subterranean parking a bonus

There were not any facilities for tea or coffee and the bar never opened ,so the nice entrance lounge and roof top. Terrace were super areas to relax ....but no tea or coffee ??? for A 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ bit of a disappointment

The hotel is very good and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded my room with no costs and I enjoy a nice terrace. The hotel is located in a very nice area, quite close to the monumental Caceres so you can enjoy the city on foot. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
