    Pros +

    • The location is ideal in that it's right off the main square. Even so, the rooms are so well sound proofed that you can shut your windows and not hear any noise from outside. Parking is available close by, and the city is small enough that you can walk just about anywhere from this central location. The hotel has great character, and our room was very spacious, with windows that opened onto the square and with a bathroom that has modern features but still retained the character of the building. But I think that really the best thing about the hotel was the owners, who are kind and helpful and really go out of their way to make you feel at home here and to help you enjoy your stay in their city. We would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit.
    • Very central. Public parking still close by and recommended by the owner. Nice breakfast.
    • The proximity to everything was great. Our room was on the backside away from the plaza noise. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.

    Cons -

    • Minor things only and not really complaints - the rooms were a little bit basic and somewhat dark - some additional lighting would have been helpful. Breakfasts were good but were the same each day - some more variety would be nice.
    • The bathroom doors didn’t provide much privacy and there could have been a small table or ledge to place things in the bathroom. The cost for parking 1.5 days was almost $50 Cdn. and the lot was quite a distance.

Very bohemian! No door in bathroom and holes in the walls. Very nice staff but poor breakfast

Great position , lovely decor , friendly staff

Breakfast could have been a little more varied

Its location is perfect. The hosts are incredibly nice and made us feel at home. They work very hard balancing their small coffee shop in the hotel’s lobby, their boutique hotel (and raising their young family). Getting to know them was great. Their breakfast rooms are incredibly clean.

Nothing not to like. It’s not a brand new shiny hotel, but rather, a small quaint hotel with a TON of character. I’ve seen the word quirky used by others and that seems to apply. We wouldn’t have changed anything here.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. So nice and ready to help. The hotel seems like a Boutique Hotel that tells you a story because you can clearly see he Arab influence in the design, It's a plus. For me the star of the stay was the bathroom, such a nice retro old style mixed with New products. Well done!

It's a little bit hard to go stairs up with luggage and the baby but it's a centenary building so it's normal and not a big deal. The mattress is a little bit soft for me but this is my opinion. Breakfast is missing more, like some eggs but generally was everything perfect! Good job, we enjoyed a lot!

Very friendly and supportive staff, conveniently located, comfortable room

It was a little cold in the room itself and getting to the property was a more challenging than expected due to the location and it being the holidays

The hotel was right in front of the main square and provided easy access to the castle and all the historic attractions. The room we had was big - it had 2 antechambers. Ample heating for cold nights as well.

The bathroom was an interesting open concept design but the down side was the that the toilet portion was also open concept, so not much is hidden. The access to the rooms is by stairs only so it’s not advisable to bring large luggage.

Room was beautifully decorated. Mini bar, wonderful bathroom with an amazing shower. The hotel is located 1 minute from the square with access to beautiful architecture, bars and restaurants.Hosts were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean hotel in an excellent location, Rosa and Santiago are excellent hosts.

    10SimonPosted on: 10-17-2024

Exceptional decor - It’s like a sultan’s palace. The owners are absolutely wonderful.

It’s perfect. Maybe the WiFi on the ground floor, but that’s not a big issue.

    9GertrudisPosted on: 10-1-2024

Excellent service and kindness. Very nice decoration. Good by small bed. Nice terrace. Perfect location in the centre.

Good breakfast typical Spanish. No cheese and jamón.

Very nice Hotel downtown Caceres, with very cozy outlook. We were having a room with a big terrace

    9YoutingPosted on: 9-26-2024

It´s right at the Plaza Mayor and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. It´s very convenient! Also, it´s very close to the old town that we can visted many historico spots just on foot.We were very lucky that they upgraded our room with a big balcony which was very calm when spent the nigh there. We liked it a lot!

    10AylmerPosted on: 9-15-2024

A boutique hotel with great Arabic inspired atmosphere, very comfortable and clean. We stayed in the suite which has terrace. Situated right of Plaza Major you can walk right into the historic center of Caceres. We loved the room and the The room is very spacious, excellent breakfast buffet, staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive. overall excellent value for money. We will stay here again.

Great location, it’s a boutique hotel- great atmosphere, very comfortable and clean. Arabic inspired design. Air conditioner- important if you go in August )))) Very big and bright bathroom . Everything extremely clean. We had a window facing the garden which was amazing hearing birds singing in the morning. The breakfast that was served in the garden - delicious and calm! Great atmosphere to start the day! The location is next to the plaza mayor - and the old city. Lovely and helpful staff. We recommend it so much and will surely return )))

The bathroom door could have some king of closing devise from the inside - so it’s convenient and you don’t have to ask you parent to close you inside ))) just a suggestion)))
