Hotel Alcántara

Room just the right size. Bed is comfy. The location is near the park, restaurants, shops...tourist spots.

Nice rooms and clean. Conveniently situated relatively close to the historical center.

The staff were rude. There was a discrepancy about whether or not the breakfast was included, because when we checked in, the receptionist told us that it was included, but when we went to take breakfast the next day, they told us it wasn't. The issue was the rudeness and lack of understanding of the receptionist in the morning. She even suggested that we were lying about what we were told when we checked in.

Very nice location close to the stations and the city centre, room with all confort I need

Te hotel met ours expectations, it was very well located, only a short walk away from the old town and its attractions, easy to access, clean, comfortable and very well kept. Just what we wanted for a short break in Cáceres.

It was very close to the center / historic part (5mins on foot).

The towels and WC paper were very bad quality.

The hotel is close to the Old Town. There’re some restaurants just steps away. The room was small but comfortable and updated.

Assigned room was extremely hot and they didn’t have the A/C working bc it was October!! We had to open window and the outside noise was unbearable. Couldn’t sleep that night. Next morning we were transferred to an inside room where again we had to open window but this time it was mainly quiet. Much more pleasant.

Clean. Comfortabele. Friendly

Horrible noice from the all night store nextdoor

Fantastic Location. All amenities, restaurants, parks, including the old town are within walking distance. Night life is vibrant with many restaurants and shops near by. The hotel is in the prime location for everything. Parking facility available on the street and in the near by parking facility. Liked the 24x7 check-in as we arrived a bit late.

Did not have an electric kettle. Would have been good to have one to make coffee/tea as most of the premier hotels have.

The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern. The location was ideal for our needs. We would choose the Alcantara again. The breakfast was ok though not great, especially for an area with such good quality local produce. There lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Great location and comfortable, clean and attractive room.

Nothing except the price is a little high

Cleanliness of room; helpfulness of staff; good breakfast.

1. Worth the money paid for. The facilities are modern and bright.2. Pleasant and professional staff.

The staff at reception were lovely and helped us order taxis. The room was comfortable and warm. The bathroom was use clean and tidy.

The shower was a bit tricky to get the right temperature.

It’s very close to downtown. Staff is super friendly. They are renewing some floors/cafeteria. The rooms looked brand renewed.

The room had a “smoke” smell. Shower was not staying at its place so hair washing was almost impossible.

Good location. Nicely refurbished rooms.

The breakfast. Limited choice. All very average quality buffet items.

Excellent location, modern facilities, wonderful staff and overall, a pleasant if short stay in Caceres.

The room could have been warmer at night. Even after cranking up the heating, the room felt just slightly warm.

Modern , clean, convenient location.Ten minutes walk to the centrum of Cáceres. Parking nearby and 40% discount from hotel.

Bit noisy at night. Spaniards don’t go to bed early.

Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. A short walk to the old walled town.Parking close by with a reduced rate for Hotel guests.Friendly reception staff

Modern hotel close to the old town. The guy on reception was very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. Although it is on a busy main road, the hotel is relatively quiet.

Lady in bar/cafe wasn’t anywhere near as cheerful as the guy was. Limited menu choice. No tea/coffee in room. Bathroom door is only frosted glass without a lock or proper closing mechanism.

Very comfortable room. Good beds and central location. Parking is easy in public garages close by. Super friendly staff when we arrived early.
