    Cons -

    • Breakfast was cold.
    • Pool wasn’t open…..amazing facilities but closed. It was so hot ?
    • The in-house restaurant is overpriced for what you get. I ordered the fish for 30 euros and the sea bass filet came in a bowl with some sauce and that was it. No salad, no potatoes no vegetable simply the piece of fish. Unacceptable, After complaining they brought me some fries. If I wanted grilled vegetables it would have cost an additional 17 euros. If the restaurant was not part of the hotel the review would have been higher.

Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff! The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was great during the hot summer days. The breakfast buffet was the best we‘ve had in Spain so far, with a big variety of choices. We‘ll definitely stay again when we‘re in the area.

Had 4 days here, very very good location, staff absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly.Bed was HUGE and so comfortable, was so nice to be able to not touch my wife in this heat!!!!Breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best breakfasts I've had, large range of hot and cold, pastries cooked to perfection.Only a 10min drive to Cáceres town centre and very easy to find.Heading back this way in December so may stay here again.

Parking was comical. Used the outside parking and saw cars parked across entrances/exits, parked in chevroned areas, just wherever there was a space.Pool area doesn't open until 11am. I thought this was a little too late.

It's very modern and clean, I enjoyed very much the bar at the lobby since I am very alcoholic! haha just kidding, but in general everything was fantastic

The distance from the center, but there's taxis everywhere

We are picky. And yet we LOVED everything about this hotel! Big room, well-organized bathroom, good amenities, a delightful staff, a very very good breakfast at the lowest price we've seen for a 4-star. We had a car loaded with 3 months of stuff so we needed secure parking, which is why we chose the hotel. The garage was safe , and affordable. BUT the outdoor parking is fine, and safe for normal travelers. Although it was a 10-minute drive to the exceptional historic center, we also enjoyed a stroll around the hotel's neighborhood, which is an upscale residential enclave close to a big supermarket (Carrefour?).

    Loved everything.

    Breakfast, great choice regularly replenished.

Lamb at dinner was very tough in both our experiences.

Smart, clean and comfortable. Nice spacious room. Good parking. Excellent selection at breakfast, comfortable bed and linen . Good shower

There was a strange smell of drains we told reception and they seemed to be dealing with it.

Clean modern room was very well appointed. Wet room shower and nice modern bathroom2

2/3 km walk to town centre

This is a hotel that rightly deserves its 4 stars. Although it’s exterior architecture is not to my taste, every effort has been made inside to create beautiful spaces - in the common areas, the breakfast room, the hotel room (we were upgraded to a huge Junior suite) and even the hallways. The buffet breakfast was the most extensive and delicious we have had in our time in Spain, with lots of healthy options. We had a light dinner in the restaurant (due to the usual late hour in Spain) and were very impressed by the menu options and food quality. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

This did not matter to us as we had already spent 3 nights in an apartment in the old town, but the hotel is on the outskirts of Cáceres in an “urbanization” near a highway, so you would need a car if you want to spend time in town - or perhaps there is a shuttle.

our stay was the first time I was driving past having just driven up from Portugal last year and did see this hotel on my way back and thought i try it in December on my way back and what a surprise it was one of the best Hotels i have stay in the bed was very large so was the room the service excellence could not have been better

I have no complaints only the restaurant does not open till 20.30

We liked everything. We had a very kind barman whose name was Jesus and gave us a glass of wine!
